During several late night somebody was banging outside door causing rather loud exchange of views.

Amazing breakfast, great communication, nice updated rooms.

The room was big, no problem with suitcases. The bathroom was also very nice and big. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. The location is great near the railway station (5 min.) and the FIRST station (cablecar, 5.min.).

The beds were big but a little bit too soft.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Grindelwald. Within easy walking distance of the cable cars and amenities. Beautifully clean throughout with huge rooms. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast! Private secure parking to the rear of the building.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Grindelwald. Wonderful spacious room with astonishing views. The hotel has some excellent facilities and I would recommend a meal at Barry's Restaurant, the food was excellent. Staff we super helpful. This is an excellent hotel, highly recommended.

No iron in room, but available on request. Shower pressure was a little unreliable and the gym was a little warm for my run on the treadmill. The flys in the bar/restaurant area on the ground floor were irritating, what was that about?

Location was central.

Breakfast buffet was a haven for flies. I could not enjoy my breakfast, flies were everywhere on food. The price was very steep for what was offered and the booking mentioned that the room had Eiger view but it was only partial Eiger view. I was not impressed with the view from balcony for the price paid. There are many other better hotels that offer full view of Eiger for a cheaper price and better breakfast(minus the flies). I stayed a night because other popular hotels were fully booked on that day but it was a wrong decision.

The hotel is brilliantly designed and well apportioned. We had a room at the front, giving an excellent view of the Eiger and the Main Street. The balcony was wonderful to sit at of an evening. The gym and sauna are incredibly well equipped. The breakfast was great and the staff were so very helpful and friendly.

The flies in the breakfast room/Barry’s lounge were very troublesome. The host was quick to explain that “there was a fly problem”. They weren’t kidding. They land on you constantly and didn’t seem too bothered about dealing with it. We ate there on night one and not again (the main restaurant was not affected so we dined there). The issue is the suspended ceiling as the insects were thriving up there and dive-bombing guests with no interference- you need to sort this as you will gain a reputation from the sheer number of these awful things.

The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. I had a really great time staying here and all the staff were very welcoming and nice.

Very good service. I love small pillow, it’s so good. Breakfast is awesome too. I will come back again.

fantastic breakfast and location - just next to the shuttle stop so very convenient if skiing with children... 5' walk to the sports center with an ice ring for ice skating and a swimming pool.. we got an upgrade and got a comfort room, which was very spacious... we stayed in the back building so it was very quiet also, free cake, hot chocolate and coffee 3-5 pm

Everything is good. Staff are friendly, room is comfortable and breakfast was very good. Hotel has well equipped gym and sauna. We really enjoyed our stay in Grindelwald.

Everything was so perfect! It was exceptional. The price is cheaper than other 4-starts hotel with complete facilities and elegant design compares to other hotel. The room was super comforting, the gym was so nice, there were so may extra such as mini bar, swimming pool access from the sport centrum, and the food was also amazing! Not to mention the staffs were soooo friendly. We got free bus access around the city too for our stay period. And also discount for eating in their phenomenal restaurant. Will definitely come back and repeat the order.

I just wish the pillows can be added, and not too flat. That's all, the rest wast just perfect.

Staff behaviour was excellent. Facilities were exceptional. Love it . I will prefer this hotel in my future visit .
