Bibe rooftop. This rooftop cafe belongs to a much better hotel. Its a pity its there. Such a beautiful place, great music, great cocktails. The food is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Service is great. 10/10

Where do i start. We booked 2 rooms through booking.com for 3 adults and 2 kids “third adult is my 17 year old daughter”. When we reached, we found that we were given rooms in different floors. The excuse given to us is that we had 2 different bookings. Which is false. Patrick tried his best to at least put my kids on the same floor and he managed. He told me an extra bed will be arranged in the room. That was 3pm. We went to the rooms, put our bags, and left to walk around, played mini gold with kids “where we had to ask other guests to lend us a golf ball as you did not have enough golf balls for everyone”, beach, then we had dinner in Captains restaurant. Captains restaurant advertise everywhere “Mouthwatering pizzas”. So we ordered a truffle pizza, tuba salad, caesar salad and a lasagna. The pizza dough is a frozen store bought. Tuna salad was dry with no dressing. Caesar salad had dirty lettuce and a little to zero dressing, and the lasagna was burnt. Horrible food and extremely overpriced. No value for money at all. Anyways, we went back to the room. The extra bed was not in the room. I went down to reception and spoke to Karim. He assured me it will be done in max 15 minutes. After about 45 minutes, i called to follow up and Karim on the phone said he will send them right away, i said thank you and his response was “welcome bro”. BRO. The bed came in the next 20 minutes. Moving on, the room next to ours had a couple with a baby. They were very very sick. Coughing all night, baby crying all night. The thing is, the walls and connecting door were very thin that we could hear everything. We could hear the couple fight and scream over frustration of being sick. So i went to reception to have us or them moved. The response was, we are fully booked and we will tell them to keep it down and were asked to call reception when they are noisy again. Very very poor handling and suggestion. On the third day, we came back to the room at 5pm find that out that our rooms

Good tennis courts. Breakfast is great. In-room dining is excellent. Very good beach with view on concrete constructions. A lot of bars and restaurants. Nice beach. Beautiful territory with a lot of trees, birds and cats.

Very noisy conditioner in the room. Unfriendly staff on the reception of Palm Tree Resort on the day of checking-out - it was the second time in my life (I visited hundred of hotels around the World for 30 years) when the hotel refused to extend my staying for ONE HOUR only.

Staff was kind. Location is nice. There are 3 resorts in the same complex and one can move around these, also with the hotel buggy. Golf course and other sport facility are nice. The supervisor offered a complementary dinner to compensate some issues.

The size of the standard see view room is certainly not in ;line with the price one pays. The bathroom is even smaller. When I talked to the supervisor, he offered to change the room (which I refused, since it would imply repack and all the rest). Also, in the lawn in front of the room, a wedding was happening and the sound was rather loud.

Wir waren bereits zum wiederholten mal im JA Beach Resort, ein Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht! Wir fühlen uns jedes mal perfekt umsorgt, alle Mitarbeiter ob am Empfang, im Restaurant (besondere Dank an die Damen beim Eingang und an Dillip ) an der Beach Bar, oder auch am Golfplatz / Sekretariat sind alle um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Auch das Buffet, ob Frühstück oder Abend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke an Alle für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und bis Jänner 2025 -

The hotel provides an exceptional selection for breakfast. There is a wide range of water sports available. It is right on the beach and the hotel also provides a free coach to Dubai shopping arcades. Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly, I would certainly stay again.

There’s nothing not to like.

It was a wonderful experience! We had a room directly in front of the pool, ground floor, and we enjoyed every moment. Amina from splash pool bar is the best drink mixer / bar tender that I ever met. She ist very friendly and highly professional. We enjoyed also playing golf and doing sports Overall it was wonderful!

It should be a separate pool or time for adults only. At weekends there are too many kids.

Access to the pool/beach

A proper resort, lot of things to do. Nice for kids as well. I've been to this hotel already for 2 times earlier. It seems I keep coming back :) We liked to hang out at the pool, leave our computers and other valuables at the poolside tables while walking at the beach and taking a bite at a restaurant. I liked to use the great gym which is a short walk away. Time slows down there and you don't want to leave.

We had many problems with our door lock. Also we heard others saying the same thing. The doors didn't open with the keycard as they should. I've never had such problems with other hotels and with the same mechanism. Anyways, they are hopefully in a process to change the locks / electronics or whatever. Another downside is the remote location. It takes time to take rides out and back. The hotel also has a free bus service, which is a plus, but the travel takes a lot of time. Usually you'd have to book an extra 1 hour whatever you do, to make with the travel time. Few of the hotel restaurants were closed during our stay, so the options for late night dinner were quite limited.

My toddler son found an open bucket under a sun lounger in the toddler splash pad that had a white crystal powder inside which was obviously a pool cleaning product. Before I could stop him he had grabbed a handful and then rubbed it on his face and his eyes. Obviously it went bright red and bloodshot for several hours. I'm not too sure how an open bucket of chemicals was left under a sun lounger particularly in a toddler area. At about 10:40pm the loudest music started coming from across the marina. It lasted for 20mins and then stopped. This totally destroyed the sleep of both children and then ourselves which meant the next day we left early than expected.

Swimming pools were cold, and refreshing, loved the facilities and toddlers splash park. the kids spent a great time.

Checking in took a lot of time, busy weekend, lots of guests coming in, seems like the hotel was not prepared for the weekend. Took us 45 mins to finish the check in. with children it was too much.

Perfect tropical alike experience

The room overlooked the pool and ocean and was very cozy and calm. Pool was really good with a pool bar in the middle. Beach was a bit wavy, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. Overall, the hotel is really good. You should just watch out with regards to food from outside the hotel as it's not allowed.

We loved the activities for kids and splash park at the property the most. When your kids enjoy and Have a gala time U too end up having fun day. The Property is vast and has something for everyone.

The rooms are little small for families with kids

This is our second time at JA Beach Resort, and we will come back again for sure! The staff is very friendly and considerate, especially if you have kids. They first accepted extending our check-out time, so my toddler can finish her day time nap. And also in the morning at the beach bar, the manager Sebastian was super attentive to keep us comfortable. We love the different pools they have and wide private beach, also the big green area to play ball.

The cleanliness and general upkeep of the bathrooms around the pool area should be improved.

I love our stay from the staff specially Marissa and Diane, they were all friendly and accommodating. It was our wedding anniversary and they treated us with a free cake plus they put a very nice decorations on the bed. They also upgraded our stay and even offered a late check out. It was superb and exceeded our expectations. Everything in JA was cool.

- staff was friendly and happy to help, - the free room upgrade was amazing. - splash area was wonderful for kids. - kids club and other amenities were a good diversity to have them. - so many swimming pools with different designs.

- breakfast was a little limited, - Car parking was a bad experience! my car was all the time under the summer sun directly, with lots of dust fully covering the whole car, and no shaded parking. - the resort was far from the center and almost near the desert area.

- AED 100 cash back per night was redeemed on F&B - Our 4 year old loved the covered splash pad for young kids and the baby pool - There is a separate kids pool and a separate water park and water slides for kids - we were informed about the 100 cm height rule during check in but we were happy to see that the height rule wasn't enforced strictly - many small / short kids were allowed into the water park area and slides - Mr. Murad (Manager) was brilliant - he is such a humble gentleman and a professional - he went the extra mile to assist us in difficult circumstances that were beyond his control - Mr. Nimantha (Buggy driver) was so humble, helpful and always serving with a smile - Mr. Gabriel at the main entrance was also so humble, hardworking, proactive and sharp - serving with a smile - Mr. Sudhakar from housekeeping was very humble, professional & serving with a smile - Mr. Vyshak at the reception was amazing, customer-focused, very fast and very professional - I requested him for an upgrade for the third night and he upgraded both rooms

- The JA Beach hotel room was too small - felt like a jail cell... - Splash Pad Water was quite cold for me - our 4 year old was shivering as well after 20 mins - not sure how cold the water will be in winter - Water park was very crowded on Friday & Saturday but not as crowded on Sunday - Water Park lifeguards were rude (especially the african female staff) - didn't allow my 4 year old to play with his small water bucket and insisted that every child has to go alone on the water slide and cannot go together with the parent - this is quite ridiculous as all other water slides that I have been to in Dubai allow the child to go down the slide along with the parent - my child started crying after going down the slide alone... we left immediately after that... - Mr. Kamal (Front desk Supervisor) came across as quite racist, biased and proud - he was very chatty and friendly with a british couple who were in the queue before me and chatted with them for 20 mins - but when it was my turn, the warmth disappeared and he switched to a very formal and cold tone - it appeared that he was trying to get rid of me as soon as possible (even though there was no one in the queue behind me) - To our surprise, a late notice / letter was slipped below our door about the late power disruption (apparently caused by DEWA / generator maintenance) from 2 AM to 4 AM - when we raised the issue at 11 PM, Mr. Murad was very helpful and apologetic and he arranged for us to be transported to a stunning spacious room at JA Palm Tree Court - we were also given a wine bottle as a token of apology...

The room was basic but comfortable and clean with views of the pool and beach. There were multiple pools for families, unfortunately not an adults only pool. The Thai restaurant was excellent.

There was no lounge restaurant except for the all day dining buffet restaurant. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant that served afternoon tea and cakes. Also no night club or bar with dance facilities.
