The room was comfortable, breakfast was awesome, location is right next to the underground, and airport bus stop.

We did not like the fragrance of the soap and shampoo in the room, although it might not bother others. Also, the double bed was 2 single mattresses put together instead of 1 double.

Excellent breakfast available in this hotel conveniently located across the VIC and U1-bahn. My first stay although I have attended meetings in the business center before. Rooms are spacious enough and I liked the hanging space in the room / enough to unpack the suitcase for this week-long visit. I selected an upmarket hotel to ensure a proper work space and chair to be able to work in the room and was not disappointed (except for lack of lighting). So, sure I will return as so conveniently located for my trips to IAEA.

The room had a nice work area - large and comfortable, but with no good source of lighting... so impossible to work efficiently with a laptop or to read at night. This seems to be a problem at many hotels... I was able the drag the very reading lamp over for a partial solution, and to the credit of the hotel staff they did not move it back to the standard position.. as most hotels do. So I found a reasonable solution but a dedicated lamp would do wonders for the business traveler.

Hotel is just across the street to the Vienna International Centre (VIC), which was great due to my business activities. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Parking rates in hotel's garage are too expensive, so it is much cheaper to park in Austria Center garage across the street.

Location only Not enough options in the breakfast

The behaviour of the guy at the reception in the morning of our check-in. I booked the room for me and my friend. Somehow it happened that my friend arrived at the hotel in the morning, while i arrived in the afternoon. The guy at the reception did allow my friend to check-in in the hotel until I arrived. He did not even allowed him to put his luggage at the reception area. My friend had to take his entire luggage and roam around the city for spending time until I came @ 4:00 p.m. This is highly unprofessional behaviour on part of the Hotel. We decided that from now onwards, we will never stay in your hotel.

Location opposite the Vienna International Centre an neat subway station. Good functional room with air-conditioning. Excellent breakfast.

Rather poor restaurant facilities for lunch / dinner. Menu only in (Austrian) German. Limited choices and poor quality food. Unfriendly staff.

This is a very well equipped and organized business hotel opposite the Vienna International Center. Spacious set up in general as are the rooms that have all required comforts (including desk, sofa, coffee machine and large windows that can be opened. Breakfast is top class and can be had on a terrace as well. Efficient staff. Just a very good option at a decent price also.

Limited international channels (e.g. lacking BBC world) on TV; this can be improved.

Clean bedsheets and sauna

Staff looks unhappy- never smile or say thank you. Except for a middle age man - others di not care much about the customers.

The rooms were large and comfortable.

The breakfast options were limited and remained the same every day.

I slept well.

Breakfast was very ordinary with limited, souless offerings. There was poor internal control as someone had had breakfast using my name and room number before me. IMO hotel should have a signature check to prevent this type of petty but annoying theft. The carpet in my room was thin and looked old. Suggest switching to non allergenic wood floors and smarter look.
