Für jemanden mit Rollstuhl ist das Hotel gänzlich ungeeignet. Am kompliziertesten ist das man über eine zu kurze Rampe mit dme Rollstuhl in die Halle mehr oder weniger gehen werden muss - da diese Rampe sogar noch eine Differenz zur Stufe hat ! Ebenso kommt man nicht mit einem Rollstuhl in ein WC - = man muss gestützte werden um den letzten meter zu überwinden ! Ins Bad kommt man mit einem schmalen Rollstuhl normal sind aber 49 bis 50 Sitzbreite = 80 cm Türbreite erforderlich. Nicht gegeben, der Hotelrollstuhl kommt knapp ins Bad - doch auch nicht ins WC. Die Teppiche sind schön aber Stolperfallen für Krücken = Besser wäre zu sagen das man kein Behinderten gerechtes Zimmer hat. Leider

Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber die Dusche war ein Traum und hat die Größe des Zimmers wett gemacht! Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Hotel Mitarbeiter sind fantastisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit, mehr geht nicht!

Almost everything considering that we’ve paid 2000 euros a night. staff not very performing waiting to get attended rooms small overlooking major and noisy works. Poor breakfast

Amazing room and bathroom, and breakfast buffet was wonderful. Room service was great, and the team was very friendly.

There's a new construction right in front of the hotel - which of course is not their fault.

I can’t say enough about our short 2 night stay at MO! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. From jennifer the front desk manager (who couldn’t have been more accommodating and thoughtful) to marinella at the front desk who gave my 2.5 year old son toys and puzzles to Sebastian at the front desk who although was an intern was incredible - each with their attention to detail and to our well being was very evident with every encounter. They even set up a surprise in our room for our 2.5yo with a play tent for him. Alexander at the front door and the entire bell staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough. The breakfast was also excellent and extensive which was included for us. The food and drinks in the lobby living room with the piano were excellent. We will definitely come back here for our next stay in Munich. We LOVED IT thanks to the hotel and staff.
