The breakfast selection was ok, but too small for the price. Either more selection or less price.

The location is a 5 minute walk from a main station, so really handy for connections to places around the city, including the airport. Quiet area and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Bedding and bathroom amenities are what you pay for in the room rate, but nothing bad, everything clean and comfortable.

I got a room on the top floor with nice views. The staff members spoke great English and made me feel welcomed and recommended places for me to travel while on my stay. The lobby area was always clean, my room was aesthetically pleasing, and spacious for one person. The hotel was also close by public transit, so for someone that gets lost easily and didn't speak German it was a plus.

Only thing I didn't like was not staying longer. I loved the hotel and it reminded me of my loft apartment in Chicago. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants.

The room was a disappointment , too small , no tea or coffee making facilities , no phone or wardrobe (maybe I'm a bit old school)

The location is perfect. Even though there’s construction outside you could barely hear the noise. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Super close to the train station.

The pillows were bad, not comfortable at all. For some reason a gentleman from the main desk entered my room unannounced to ask if everything was ok, that was bizarre, it was quick I think he wasn’t aware we were inside the room. Also the AC is not really a cold AC. I had to crack open the window at night.

The room was a nice size and the hotel is very close to the train station. We were able to check in to our room a few hours early and the furnishings were also nice. Also good that the TV was set up for casting from our phones.

Quite noisy in the morning with the doors slamming, must have been from other guests leaving early but the sound proofing was pretty bad. No fridge in the room either or iron (there was a communal iron on another floor but wasn't removable)

Nice big room, generally a good stay. The breakfast, at €15, was excellent and very much worth the money. We chose to stay here to be close to Ostbahnhof.

The area of town, just west of Ostbahnhof, wasn't very interesting, however the other side of the station is lovely and a close walk.

Has minimal and different concepts in rooms. Good piece and always smiling faces

Really close to Munich Ost so loads of transport options. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely done.

For 3 rooms, one night: I typed my credit card code 6 times in all! 4 pre payments of 435€ 🫨 + 1 payment of 435€ and a refund of 435€🫨🫨... and the next day 1 payment of 1215€... The staff at the reception don't know what they are doing, they could be even dangerous... the check in took more than 15 minutes, the receptionist certified that the 2 first pre payments had not been taken into account by the system whereas they had been perfectly taken into account (see pic). A package of something was lying in the toilet bowl of my room (see pic)... The next day, at breakfast, the tables were not cleaned between 2 customers, there was everything, butter, jam, orange juice, coffee and various residues... All for 435€ per room and per night 🤬 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
