Clean and luxurious rooms and lovely swimming pool. Excellent, home-made like food in the restaurant.

Muy bien todo el hotel, el dormitorio muy bien. No llega al nivel de un 5 estrellas de Europa pero cerca.

Excellent staff very helpful and honest. Arranged tour for us on a wet day which turned out to be a great experience . Pool area is nice. View from Skydeck is amazing.

Some works were in progress which resulted in gym being unavailable and there was some noise from works.

J'ai passé seulement une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il est propre et le personnel très sympa et professionnel. Je tiens à remercie notamment Amit qui m'a servi au bar et au petit déjeuner pour son amabilité. Je recommande aux voyageurs souhaitant visiter les sites d'Agra, notamment Taj Mahal qu'on voit depuis l'hôtel (d'ailleurs on s'y attend vu le nom de l'hôtel). Je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine, mais elle avait leur bien. Merci à tout le personnel pour l'accueil parfait !

On pourrait rajouter le fer à repasser dans le chambres.

Taj is famous for its hospitality and TajView Agra did not disappoint. Every staff member is by default courteous, polite and goes out of their way to meet customer expectations. As an example, Anil ji at the Breakfast Buffet surprised us by requesting the Chef to make Bedai Kachori even when it wasn't not on the menu for the day. It is these little gestures of thoughtfulness that make every Taj stay memorable.

Love this hotel. Clean, comfy beds, good bathroom. Cold aircon and fridge in room. Decor was lovely and so was the pool.

Room was spacious and the hotel had an excellent pool area. Utilized the spa which was very good. Staff were attentive and organized transport etc. without a problem. Overall a good stay, just a short Tuk Tuk ride to the Taj.

Food was somewhat pricey and the selection was limited however the buffet breakfast was very good

It sounded pretty old hotel. We could not bring temperatures. Shampoo was not in readable format. Toothbrush was packed in very bad way. Shower water spreads all over the place.

Everything ! Breakfast and food was tasty and in good proportion. The staff was lovely and the view on the Taj Mahal, cherry on the cake! We stayed one night in Agra and missed the opportunity to use the swimming pool, but we will do next time for sure !

It felt like being in a hotel in the US. Clean, hot water, heat in the room, clean. The breakfast was good too.

Estuve solo una noche, sin duda me hubiese gustado pasar mas tiempo. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la habitacion es amplia y comoda, personal muy amable y muy cerca del Taj Mahal. Desayuno variado y rico. Sin duda volveria cuando el tiempo en Agra sea mas caluroso.

Es war sauber und ruhig im Zimmer.

Manche Personen von Angestellten waren nicht ganz freundlich. Die englische Sprache vom Personal ist leider schwierig zu verstehen. Das Hotel heisst Tajview aber da wurde eine Metrobahn gebaut und man kann Taj Mahal erst vom vom 5. u. 6. Stock sehen. Diese Informationen vermittelt das Hotel leider nicht und schlägt vor Upgrade für teurere Zimmer mit der Sicht auf Taj Mahal zu machen. Ausserdem es ist schwierig z. B. im Winter Taj Mahal wegen Nebel zu sehen. Darüber informiert das Hotel auch nicht. Ich finde das frech!!!

Its close proximity of Taj Mahal and Agra fort is a great advantage. Doesn’t have a crowded feel even though it was peak tourist season and appeared to be heavily booked. In the evening and some mornings there is live music and puppeteers and artisans displaying their skills and goods. Overall, I will add it to one of my best hotel short stays. The hotel dogs, Maya and Max are adorable.

Nothing in particular but a little bit more of continental variety during breakfast would have been welcome.

Location is very convenient. Very friendly, accommodating staff, something that I have experienced in all Taj properties. We stayed for a night so did not have time to experience the facilities but the swimming pool area is beautifully done. Food and chai was great. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Leakage in the bathroom of the room we stayed in. Room was not as well cleaned as expected from a 5-star. I found a wine bottle cork under the furniture.

Beaucoup de bruits malheureusement. Si on est côté route on entend les voitures et les Klaxons si on est côté piscine on entend la fête (mais ça ne dure pas tard donc ça va malgré tout)

Very nice hotel staff and quite caring, especially at breakfast. Good choices there with buffet and à la carte. Pool area is pretty and maintained - relaxing atmosphere. Hotel and room good standard and comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice treatment with sweets upon arrival in the room. Location convenient for a visit of Taj Mahal, also some restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

The location was good and the staff were very cooperative, the property was good and upto the expectation. The hotel took good care of my pet and the SPA service was very good.

Breakfast option could have been better, it was less than the other Taj SeleQtions i have stayed. Though i booked for a full board meal but the selections were limited

The staff was great . didn’t know it was pet friendly as my son and I have major allergies to dog and cat hair !

Hotel very run down didn’t seem like a Taj property at all! Food wasn’t great and not much choice at all especially with a child everything was soo spicy and oily for him !
