food is very expensive specially tea. lemon tea and milk tea are same both are rs 600. bread and butter is for rs 700.. its too high no discounts

Great hotel with many facilities. I loved the breakfast, the swimming pool and the bar. The room was extremely comfortable and all the staff professional!

The pool area needs some activites in late hours and not very active. Dark and dull.

The location is amazing, the staff very courteous and hospitable, so relaxing and peaceful surroundings, everything from check in to check out was smooth.

The swimming pool was not entirely clean.

Food is very expensive. A cup of tea costs Rs. 300. A bottle of mineral water costs Rs. 250. I and my family had only one dinner in the hotel but the service was exceptionally slow. It took them 45 minutes to serve whatever little we had ordered and then too, it cost Rs. 3500/-. All in all a very bad experience.

I had to take another room for two nights and accordingly asked for total cost. Ms. Hema at the front desk told me the rent of Rs. 7000/- for one night. She didn't tell that the rate will be Rs. 5000/- for the second night. So, an impression was created that Rs. 7000/- for both the nights. I made the payment of Rs. 7000/- at the time of check-in. And the hotel charged me Rs. 5000/- at the time of check-out which was never told to me at the time of check-in. She tried to charge me Rs. 23184 too when it was already paid through Booking.com. The hotel staff has been trained to fool the guests.

I got a garden view room, quite big in size and comfortable.

Checkin process took very long. Breakfast was did not meet expectations. Food was not hot and serving trays very not refilled timely, had to wait quite long.

Property is huge, well maintained. Staff is very co-operative and were more than willing to meet our expectations. Breakfast spread was decent and tasted good. We also tried in-house restaurant Patra for dinner and again the food was great, live music (ghazals) made our dinner experience even more memorable. We used hotel travel desk staff was great help in planning city tour and arranged for pickup and drop off services to Agra Cantt which added to our convenience, ofcourse for a reasonable cost. So we did not have to go thru the hassle of arranging transport from outside. Hotel should provide credit for use at leisure mall for guests staying 2 or more nights, it seems like a good place for family to enjoy couple of rounds at pool table and bowling. I think mattresses need a refresh.

All services were excellent.

The mughlai food at Patra was very average. The Chinese food and the Coffee shop were excellent.
