well I would say I was happy with my stay so nothing to dislike..

Good spacious room and clean bed

Water stopped coming early morning .no proper response from reception .they are careless and don't keep water tank full .it's a basic necessity which they fail to provide

Was given a room where nothing worked, No shower, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, hot water geyser kept dripping water and TV satellite box was a vintage era took 1 min to change 1 channel.

Food quality was too good and staff was generous.

They barely have a place to park 3-4 cars. The seating area in the room, including the chairs, was full of stains. The washrooms did not even have basic dental kits. I had to walk to a nearby shop to buy a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had no smart tv. The television did not have even Chromecast and their cable connection had no English news channels. There were only a few channels available.

The attitude of the receptionist, the rigidity at the reception. Non availability of bell boys, high food charge, didn't get the 20% discount on food as promised in the booking voucher by booking.com The toiletries are pathetic, the towels smells chlorine, no use of softener, the shower knob is very difficult to operate. There is no parking and no one from the hotel helps to park your vehicle. The surrounding is not impressive and there is no AC in the lobby. Room service is not upto the mark.

I have already paid full amount for Hotel Stay. However after check out while on train I got a call from Hotel reception that my outstanding is still pending. How come is it possible ? I have updated them to check with their night shift team since outstanding was paid to them in advance. Without checking their own team / records or entries how is it fair to call for outstanding. Doesn't this show there is lack of professional practices/system in place. Really I don't appreciated such follow up calls for outstanding since it has already settled in advance. Was told Breakfast timing @ 8am ! Really ! Didn't like an appropriate answers. Team need better training or some surprise check by their own individuals.

This is a newer hotel so is spotlessly clean. Everything was really top notch. The rooms are neat and good washrooms are also clean.. location is very good, only 2 kms from Taj Eastern Gate, restaurant food is very good.A family and friendly place .Very nice atmosphere, great aesthetics, staff was very polite and helpful.They all treated us like their family specially Mr. Rahul Sharma . They kind of read your mind and work according to your needs It’s one of the best hotels so farI would strongly suggest to everyone who is going to visit Agra

It was a very nice experience! The staff were really polite and helpful.The restaurant is pure veg. AC is centrally maintained with thermostat in each room.centrally located every beautiful monuments are easily reachable. Staff members are very supportive special thanks to Rahul ji who made this trip beautiful.We had extended our trip for one day just to enjoy the hotel room.Budget friendly and must visit.

If you want to feel 5star like food and hospitality and 4 star like room and interior then surely go for this.Well located within 3km to taj mahal this property is fabulous in terms of clean room ..well maintaned bed and linen...and a lavish restaurant.Staff is very good and they are also neat and clean with everyone have dress code.Food here is awesome and is a good place for small parties and get-together.
