Exceptionally clean. Very nice, honest and helpful staff. Very tasty and filling dinner at good price. Close to metro station, so your transportation needs for Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Agra Fort railway station are met. Would come again.

The location was just ok. But it was quiet compared to the very busy streets. I did feel safe though. The host is a very nice man. He will be more than happy to accomodate any of your needs.

The location while quiet is not walkable to restaurants. Taking tuk tuks is afordable and a fun way to travel around, just be careful of price gouging for foreigners. They will quadruple the price set for native people.

Staff were very helpful. I arrived late but they made me a coffee after 10pm at night anyway. The manager was very kind and booked me an early morning taxi (thank you)! The manager spoke very good English. Food was very good and could be served at any time.

El personal es muy amable.

El hotel está en una zona muy oscura y apartada que cuando oscurece cuesta llegar. Tiene la peor cama en la que he dormido en la vida, prácticamente como dormir en el suelo de lo dura que era sin apenas colchón. Solo nos dieron una toalla de baño y éramos dos personas. La ubicación está bastante lejos de todo aunque si te gusta caminar no está mal. No se puede pagar con tarjeta, tiene que ser en efectivo. El desayuno que está incluido tienes que pedirlo a través de una carta y ellos te hacen lo que les pidas. No tienen buffet.

Room and toilet were clean. We felt safe and secure. The staff were courteous. They made chicken biryani and it was one of the tastiest of our whole trip.

Nice staff, 24 hour check in, spacious room, hot shower, tv with one English speaking news channel, seating for breakfast downstairs. We walked to Taj Mahal east gate from the property. You can also get an auto rickshaw for 80-100 rupees

La instalación es están muy limpias,cosa que no me ha sucedido durante mi viaje por la India,el dueño era una persona muy agradable y a pesar de la barrera del idioma me pareció una buena persona dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento

Room had no windows and got very cold inside. We rented a heater but the room is too big to really make a difference. Location is not the best

We have stayed at this cozy hotel several times, each time very successful. To be located in the central part of a big Agra city, close to the main attractions, this is one of the best places. The price-quality ratio is good, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff helps in resolving any issues.

Staff are so helpful here we had a great stay. They really went abive and beyond to assist us. Food at the resteraunt was very tasty. Nice and close to Taj Mahal. Make sure you use the driver service from the hotel! Thanks for having us.
