Todo muy correcto. La limpieza en general, el diseño y la decoración de la habitación, muy muy bien. El personal súper agradable y el desayuno rico y con distintas opciones. La ubicación es muy cómoda (Corrientes y Alem).
Estuvo todo muy bien. Sí me hubiera gustado que la habitación sea un poco más grande. Era una habitación simple, así que se entiende el tamaño. Pero un par más de metros cuadrados sería perfecto.

Great location. Our twin room was very adequate and clean.
Not a major issue but the entrance to the front lobby has stairs. A bit difficult for someone like me with knee problems.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando de Puerto Madero y otros sitios turísticos.
El desayuno incluido es bueno.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas.
Los horarios del restaurante y el gimnasio podrían ser más amplios, ya que ambos abren a las 7am. Para los que vamos de trabajo, estos horarios podrían ser complicados.

La ubicación esta muy bien y accesible a zona de restaurantes en Puerto Madero , Hotel muy cómodo
el dia domingo muy temprano el personal de limpieza nos despertó con los ruidos que hacían en el pasillo y habitaciones contiguas !! interrumpieron nuestro descanso :(

Ha bajado la calidad de los desayunos del NH. No hay variedad de panes ricos. Solo moldes de supermercado. Las frutas todos los días, con gusto a pasado de tiempo. El café era pésimo, excepto si lo pedías uno a uno que te prepararan en la máquina.
La habitación asignada en el piso 8, era super ruidosa. Pedimos el cambio, y nos dieron en el mismo piso 8 y con camas separadas.
La luz del baño nunca la repararon.
El desayuno mal.

most of the rooms have window to the inner yard which has a huge noisy van. room is also very dark.

Great service, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good, a lot of variety with local and international flavors. The hotel was under renovation and did not notice.

The Breakfast was Superb! So many beautiful choices!
Some serving personnel could have a bit better command of the English language! With the variety of nationalities coming thru your beautiful hotel, a better knowledge of English would be appropriate. We only stayed in for dinner once, it your dinner menu. Ould use a bit of tweaking, a couple more options perhaps.

The historic building is gorgeous on the outside, and the work to remodel it was done extremely well, preserving moldings and other beautiful features, and turning the building into a very modern, greatly designed hotel, that provides you a subtly luxurious experience.
The city area where the hotel is located is extremely noisy, even at night. More could have been done to soundproof the rooms.

Breakfast was very good specially sparking vine and capuccino, room and beds were comfortable, very friendly staff, who gave us good advices, ice cold water and sweets in reception
Not so much place to keep our clothes in the wardrobe, assortiment of hot food at breakfast could be better

Best hotel in Buenos Aires! Great location. sound proof rooms with room darkening drapes. beautiful rooms and shower. outstanding breakfast. Best omelette and scrambled eggs. great variety of fruits and food! Wonderful and very helpful staff!
