Amazing location, beautiful room and amazing amenities. The pool and spa area were so nice and everything at the hotel was meticulously maintained. The roof top bar was beautiful and fun as well.

our room was spacious & clean, but the curtains needed to be lined as our night sleep was disturbed by the amount of light coming into the room.

Location was incredible, also the interior and the design was great. The breakfast had a big variety of all kind of food and freshly pressed juices. Also great service and wifi.

All in all a great stay, no complaints at all. Only a recommendation: the bathrooms could use some more hangers/ towel hooks.

Communication before our arrival was fantastic. Hotel arranged airport collection and a private Auschwitz tour. We then had to delay the visit by two weeks with only 48 hours notice due to a medical emergency with one of the guests. Norbert in particular was very helpful and assisted with the amending of the booking. We had a lengthy delay on the inbound flight however the driver was still at the airport to collect us. The travel company they use, MANIFOLD are outstanding. Polite drivers and very efficient. Highly recommend the hotel, for location, value for money and fantastic staff

Liked the facilities and location. Someone at reception the whole time to be able to sort taxi for anytime we needed. Nothing was a problem with the hotel. Spa facilities are amazing. The room was huge and with an unbelievably comfy bed, bathroom was something you would want in your home. It really couldn't have been a better room. Would highly highly recommend staying here

Couldn’t have liked it more. We had a great time. We booked a superior room but it was well worth it. Service was great from the moment we arrived. We had breakfast included but were departing on our last day before breakfast opened so the hotel offered to pack us a lunch box each. Very thoughtful. Spa facilities excellent. Location excellent.

The only thing was the rooms were quite dark. I could tell this would be the case from the photos (and it suited the ambience of the place so it didn’t come as a surprise) but it was a bit too dark for us.

Hotel Stary was such a great place to stay! We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and not only did they provide us with early check-in (free of charge) but they also upgraded us for free. The staff were very very sweet and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Within five minutes of entering our room, our bags arrived, followed by a plate of fresh fruit. Our room was extremely aesthetic and not to mention, HUGE! The bathroom had a bath and a shower, plus two sinks. The spa + pool area was amazing - so serene! It was such a relaxing environment and a perfect way to unwind. The breakfast was very delicious - my eggs were perfectly cooked and the pastries were tasty + they had oat and almond milk. The location was 10/10 as well, being 2 mins away from the main square - every main attraction was a short walk away.
