Room was awesome.. breakfast was excellent. Staff was so kind. I Like the windows bcz it was proper lighting. Room was so clean n so many towels i wil definitely come back again just need to improve little bit more in timming plz

They give u room at 3pm which is not fair it should be 1-2pm. Checkout time should be 12pm. 10am is so early people need to have breakfast which is till 10.30 then how can be checkout time is 10am If customer request for 1hr early they ask for extra n also parking price. They charge u for parking also which is not fair and also price was little bit up.

the bed was very comfortable, we had a lovley sleep. staff were very freindly and accomodating. use of the poole and suana were the best part of our stay. good price and location to town

the room has quite hot and stuffy and the heating was on, a member of staff did sya they would turn the heating of for the hotel after. would be better in air con was included and not cost extra

when we arrived their were hairs in the bathroom from the previous occupant. the room service food was dry and bland.

Staff were lovely, food was good, room was very clean, bed was comfy, great shower

We had a compact double, it was really compact and sooo hot, window barely opened and air con was far too expensive

The breakfast choice was good and a good selection was available

I didn't like seeing the rats at the back of the hotel (yes i have a very keen eye), the £15 per night for parking is too steep, I think multiple night stays should be a smaller price, paying just shy if £7 for 2 strawberry cut up into a brandy basket and a small amount of cream is also too steep. Granted places need to make a profit, but the portion sizes to prices are not good. Cash acceptance would also be beneficial, if the hotel had taken cash, my family would have spent more time there and used the facilities available, but due to it being card only everywhere, we had to leave site alot. The storage rooms where bedding is kept need some maintenance. Bedding is left in dark, unkept rooms which staff leave open when servicing a room, and after seeing the rat, whi knows if they go in them little cupboards too.
