The pool is nice and the towel are provide They gave 2 free water bottle a day and they have a water fountain with hot and cold water on the ground floor The receptionist were nice and the man that opened the door very welcoming

The bathroom smell was terrible, like water that is not draining down. The room has not fridge and not a bedside table and the only 2 plug was on the other side of the room

We like the support of staff in getting taxis and the person on the entrance door was always friendly and helpful

No iron available in the room, need to go out of your way. Not as pictured in the site. It looks big in the picture, but actually small. The bathroom is so tiny that the shower will wet the entire tiny bathroom.

This is a good budget friendly option for a stay in Singapore. The hotel was basic with a small enough room, but it met our needs for a short stay in the city. The hotel was clean and well kept.

I honestly didn't like the room, there was an aircond leakage. its actually not super near to the MRT hence I don't think its a very strategic location. Need to walk 15 minutes under the hot sun of Singapore and with the construction isn't really too safe

Close to the bus station. Good that I mentioned that I want a room with window. booked 3 rooms for our family. two rooms are beside each other, our room was separated. but not a problem at all.

The cost goes along with having a window or not. Be sure to know your room preference that meets your budget.

The doorkeep was really helpful! Really accessible to novena mrt, a good 10mins walk just enough to get my walking exercise reach my goal steps!

No bidet :( it would also be great if there are sockets near the bedside.

Washroom gives sewer smell , complained to reception but no action.🤮 No Iron , Iron Board in room , Has to walk to laundry area through main door in front of reception and in front of all guests in lobby , from lobby to road then walk to second floor through vehicle path and it is a life risk .😭 No chair at room .🤥 No proper table to attend my work with laptop and it is a real trouble since i went to Singapore for a training .😔 Intercom was not working . Complained to reception twice . A person came and got it work . But from following day onwards it was not working till i checked out 😢 House keeping do not sweep the floor . When i checked in i tried to move my bed , just to get some space then i found it was full with dust / hair and other things , so i complained and got house keeping to sweep my floor . No dusting inside room . Every day house keeping come and keep towels and washing items on my bed and they even not to bother to keep those items at respective places .No sweeping of floor👎 No wardrobe to hang cloths . This hotel is not recommend for long stay 👎 This hotel is not recommend for families since rooms are too small , bad odor from washrooms . Breakfast area is by the side of the road . No space during breakfast time .so too crowded and no mood to have breakfast at that environment.

it was chip even for it’s price. it feels like you live at wardrobe without windows and everything just old and no one fix anything
