Wonderful location close to the beach and Cavill Ave. Lovely pool area- it was a bit cold to swim in but we enjoyed the spa! Buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

Unfortunately there was no parking available on site, however the friendly staff explained the alternate parking which was a short walk away. We were allowed to remain parked in the loading area while we unloaded our luggage which was very helpful.

The Hotel was more than I expected and the ocean view was deffinately my highlight of my room, very comfortable, thank you!

I love the pool and the hot pool spa…It was terrific experience. I love the activities that were given for the kids during easter holidays. We hope that there will always be different kids activities for every school holidays. i love those cookies activities, baloon activities and with a bit snacks prepare for the kids.. This is the hotel to go to if you have kids because they have spaces and places for kids to play with if you are feeling tired or lazy to go out. they have room for movies and playing time for kids in the 1st floor. I love how it is walking distance to everything. Beach is just walking distance and the Cavill Avenue are just a few minutes walk. Good hotel if you have kids or travelling as a family.

Small veranda outside. how i wish it was designed to be a bit bigger. Too small and pointless to sit though there is a table and chair out there. Maybe it is better to remove the table and chairs since people will just use it to look over than using it for a cup of tea…

The hotel was great I loved the view of beach from my room, very nice swimming pool as well, the staff were all nice and friendly to.

The foyer, pool area are very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great location.

The rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. Pillows could do with an upgrade and perhaps the carpet fairly soon. The bathrooms are probably due for an upgrade soon too.

Bed were hard. Need to be a bit softer They only gave you 1 pillow each - there should be two. Given the price Tv was too small. Needs to be bigger

Booked 3 rooms months in advance. Rooms were not together & staff not helpful. Unable to access floors of other family members. 4 ppl in each room but rooms only set for 2 ppl & after many requests staff not helpful

Fabulous location, especially for watching the Pacific Airshow. Close to beach, shops, nightlife.

Pity that the restaurant isn’t open during the day

Good sized room. Beds not too soft, just right. Clean and tidy. Close to beach.

Odd cooking smells coming through aircon. Bathroom is a little dated.

Location was excellent. Security of the property. No road noise. Close to Cavel Ave and the beach.

The only negative is the room fridge needs upgrading. Would not freeze anything and the microwave did not rotate food.

The hotel has a very beautiful infrastructure, it is centrally located and with a good view. The wonderful staff!

t is not a 4-star hotel. The facilities need maintenance, the carpets are stained, the furniture in the rooms is old and the cleaning is quite precarious (we got a paper tissue under the bed)... there were scratches on the walls of the halls, a stain of coffee or red wine was at the balcony.

Rooms have no blankets. Cover on bed is scratchy.

We had a basic room but was very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and down the streets .

staff is good and easy to talk with. check in check out process is seamless.
