I’ve stayed at QT hotels around the country. I like their style.

Beds were comfortable and the spa was nice
We were charged for consuming 7 items from the minibar and we didn't touch it! Absolutely a joke. Thankfully the reception staff was understanding and didn't make us pay. Secondly, stingray bar was such a let down. We felt like we were an inconvenience to one male bartender who ruined our night. He made us feel unwelcomed and basically looked at us as if we were idiots when we enquired about bottomless tacos on Tuesdays which was on their website. He shut us down and said it would have been an old advert. But then it turns out they do them? What the.. also wanted to give the bar a second chance on Thursday night. Straight away we showed up and he said he was closing. It was 830pm on a Thursday? And he made us feel rushed like we had to finish our drink Immediately. He was so rude and ruined the mood.it's terrible to stay in a 5 star hotel and be made to feel like an inconvenience. Poor communication between staff too... Needs a lot of improvement sorry

Our stay at the QT was absolutely amazing have not got one bad thing to pick on the place. The location, amazing the room bloody beautiful and the view from our room was just perfect. We definitely can’t wait to stay with the QT again

Love the hotel, one of my favs on the GC. The design, layout and decor are fantastic. The place has a great vibe, and the pool area is impressive.

There was roadworks all night, could not sleep it was really loud. I got told they will reimburse me for the drinks, which i through was fair only to find i was charged when i came home.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean, love, the Dyson hairdryer.
It’s not kid friendly the balconies are very small and it’s just not a place for families.

It has everything - hotel, day spa, multiple restaurants (GREAT buffets), bar, café, pool, gym. Super funky, quality amenities and products.
Windows weren't super thick so you could still hear the street noise even when the door was closed. Wasn't bad.

Staff went above and beyond, felt like luxury, brought us an antipasto platter and create your own cocktail kit’s and chef made cookies complimentary Could order room service to the Cabins and it came quickly but the quality was amazing. The cabin itself was extremely cozy, we felt like we were the only ones around for miles and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Double Twin room was excellent with modern decor. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay. Good choice of menu from internal cafes and restaurant.
Had a city view room on 4th floor, which unfortunately had loud external noise from bar downstairs at night and then early morning traffic on the road outside. I used the laundry service which I found very expensive.

Beautiful comfortable room, with everything you need, good views, the restaurant Yamaga was amazing! Cafe in lobby was also very good for brekkie. Perfect location on the light rail track.
