Everything was just awesome 🥹 We got a sea view apartment on 28th floor, directly to the Surfers Paradise beach, not obstructed by the construction at all. Perfect view, it looks good on the photos but believe me - it looks much better in reality. The apartment was probably the best suited apartment we’ve ever rented. Very clean, helpful staff, fast elevators. Nice hot shower with great pressure, comfortable beds. 50 meters from the main promenade and the beach. 3 minutes walk to the tram stop, 15 minutes walk to Coles and cafés. We saw whales from the balcony. Definitely recommended to bring binoculars! What more can I write - it is 100% worth the money assuming you get a good apartment. There is a big construction in front so it’s a matter of luck.

Cleanliness, room design, amenities

The living room in the apartment that we were in, had only sheer curtains with no additional blinds or blackout curtains for night. and people from outside could easily see inside. We asked for a room change and the reception staff said apparently all apartments have only sheer curtains in the living room. So were a bit uncomfortable during evenings and night time..

Very Close to the beach .Nice restaurant on the ground floor. Handy little shop as well ,to get the essentials...3 smart Tv's in our apartment. Great View. Comfortable beds ...What else do you need big thumbs up from us. Really polite staff as well..

The massive work site right next to the resort. Big issue as they start working around 6.30am. Can’t sleep in which is a bit of a shame. Not really the resort fault, they can’t really do anything about it but maybe providing a set of ear plugs for each guest if needed would be a nice sign of acknowledgment.

The apartment is just is spacious and has everything that one would need. We were so surprised to see that we would be staying on the 40th floor! The apartment also faces the ocean, so naturally the views were AMAZING!! I would recommend to anyone who visits to grab takeaway dinner/breakfast and enjoy it on the balcony, they have a table and some chairs already set up.

The only thing I wasn't impressed with, was the 1-ply TP.

The hotel staff were not friendly or helpful at all, we had a large number of luggage that we needed to take to the upper floors we asked for help all they gave us was a trolley and we struggled while using it that guests started helping us while hotel staff watching without any help. - Beds are not comfortable at all. The sheets are so dirty that we found shaved hair in them! - Our apartment was included in housekeeping services, however, nothing got cleaned at all! And sometimes one of the bathroom rabish got cleared while the others still empty! That we had to collect all rabish basket and place them in front of apartment door so they take them! I will not book here again ever...

Great apartment, received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise, loved the room, balcony view to beach, pitty was only here 3 days to enjoy the views and room, fantastic location close to tram to take us either direction we needed to go, great pool and spa to wind day after a long day out and about. Great cafe located on corner for breakfast before starting the day.

Currently construction happening next to the apartment which might bother some, it didn’t really bother us the doors seem to be sound proof so blocked a lot of noise out, they didn’t seem to start until about 8am, clearly not the apartment fault.

Really nice and spacious apartment with a good-sized balcony and lovely ocean views. Friendly staff. Excellent location just a minute's walk from a tram stop and walking distance to the main part of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was well equipped, including washing machine and dryer.

The place could have been a little cleaner - my blinds had a dead moth stuck to them, and my bedding was very slightly stained. Overall though the place was very clean. My key card seemed a little temperamental - sometimes it took a few tries to get into my apartment. The washing machine didn't seem to be in full working order and only one programme seemed to be usable.

We were on level 18 and the room had incredible views of the canals and ocean from all windows. Well designed living and bedroom areas made it super comfortable for a week stay. Decent sized balcony, comfy bed and good shower.Excellent location and easy walk to Caville Ave.

Great location, superb service, and comfortable room. Our room overlooked the harbor with a fantastic view. Colin the concierge was most helpful, making our stay very pleasant and easy. Easy walk to everything in the cbd

My only complaint is that it seems the ac is motion activated so in the middle of the night it stops working and gets quite hot.

It’s right by the beach, be sure to order the ocean view, worth it!

They upgraded our room for free! I had a great holiday with my family on the Gold Coast!!! My parents loved this resort so much and they said Goldcoast was the best place. (especially the view….. ) It was an unforgettable trip for our family. Thank you.

The staff wasn’t friendly much. She didn’t mention the facilities, check-out time and parking. She only gave me a hotel card. Except for the staff, everything was satisfactory!!

Neat little studio with everything you need.

My room had a 180 degrees view of the sea. It was amazing to sleep with the wave sounds. Great location to access public transport- a tram stop just a 2 min walk, and close to restaurants - 10 min walk.

That I could not stay more there. But I would appreciate having a restaurant open at night closer.
