Personnel très sympathique. Veilleur de nuit hyper sympa.
Arrivée vers 4h du matin, l’accueil était très agréable ! Merci à vous également pour la chambre du lendemain réservée au dernier moment.

Le personnel est exceptionnel et très attentionné.
Certes ce n'est pas l'hotel le plus confortable au monde mais on s'y sent bien car le personnel est aux petits soins : d'abord un sourire, puis des attentions très personnalisés.
il manque un peu d'éclairage dans les salles de bains mais c'est OK

The room was just fine for an overnight stay with a good shower. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice available. Everything was very clean & the staff very helpful. Even recommended an excellent local restaurant for our dinner - it was amazing! The car park was reasonably secure, which was nice.
The toilet seat was "unstable", we managed but others might not have.
The signposting for the hotel could have been better - we drove past the turning before realising the hotel was at the back of a sort of "industrial estate".

The staff were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
The surrounding area was not nice and it did not feel that safe. Parking and hotel itself was in a secure area. Rooms felt basic a very small.

We were discouraged from having dinner due to an apparent staff shortage, so had to seek a supermarket to buy food, which we ate back at the hotel.

Regular visitor here. It's clean and quiet - exactly what I want.
The wifi was broken - and this was terribly annoying because I intended to do some work on the internet. That was impossible. Some measurements (confirmed on three different devices): download speed 5-8 Mbps (very poor, but not broken) and upload speed 10 kbps (you read that correctly).

Both room and bathroom are very practical and well thought. Also decorated with attention to create an agreable atmosphere.
It would be nice to adjust the automatic closing system of the doors in order to avoid noisy slam. The smell of sigaretsmoke entered my room. It made me wonder in how far the non smoking is respected.
