La ubicación es excelente y la arquitectura del edificio es muy interesante y decoración, en general, muy cuidada.
El desayuno no era bueno. Y, como teníamos media pensión, 3 se las 4 noches comimos en el hotel. Las 3 noches sirvieron la misma comida prácticamente y la atención fue muy poco amable. Nos daban botellas de agua sin vasos y la actitud en general tanto en el desayuno pero especialmente en la cena fue muy hostil como si les molestara tener que servirnos la cena. Por eso la cuarta noche ni siquiera comimos en el hotel.

L’albergo ha organizzato tutte le mie escursioni, facendomi risparmiare soldi e tempo. Raccomando questa estrutura .

Le personnel était très gentil, l’hôtel est très beau et super bien placé.
Le petit dej est bon et il y a beaucoup de choix.

Good value for money, lovely spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Staff were helpful, ease of communication even prior arrival. Assisted with airport transfer and Cappadocia tours.

location, very central to explore the town. helpful in arranging everything we wanted to do (balloons, green tour, turkish dance). Murat was the most welcoming and helpful host/reception. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The views from the terraces are magnificent and the rooms are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food. The staff are willing to assist and are in WhatsApp contact with you. The location is central making it easy to get to most places. All transfers arrived very promptly.

close to all attractions, the hotel also organised literally everything for me and at such a great price too for tours and airport transfer. I was very nervous about travelling here on my own but the hotel made everything super easy and safe for me. I was able to speak to them on WhatsApp whenever and they replied immediately always.
I’m very grateful for this hotel and their staff.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, the rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast was good and have different varieties of food.
Our room was located near the staff bedroom and at nights they entered several times noisily shouting the door

Very authentic accommodation, stayed in a cave room and lived up to all expectations. Comfortable bed and spacious living space. Very quiet and cosy Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Assisted with booking of tours and airport transfers.

Very clean and comfortable property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was located in walking distance. Our room was in a cave and warm and comfortable. We had a seperate sitting area with TV provided.
Breakfast was an extensive buffee of beautiful food. However to reach the restaurant one had to climb many stairs. Maybe not suited for people with mobility issues.

Centrally located, with an excellent breakfast and very friendly cooking staff, with a nice terrace view of the city. The Gate of Cappadocia tour company is located in the premises so it made it convenient to book tours. Within walking distances to shopping and restaurants.
It is NOT a 'cave' hotel - it is a building, but they make the rooms look like caves. They may be attached to a rock tower and so may have had 1-2 rooms that are caves, but our room was not in a cave.
