Struttura pulita e ben manutenzionata, fantastico il personale, ho avuto un problema con la camera lato strada, mi hanno cambiato stanza senza problemi.

the location is great.maximum 10 min walking far from taksim.24 hour reception. 24 hour super market just down stairs. great stuff. my room was exellent.

Receptionist are very kind but I met most of the time Denis ( please forgive me when I confuse your name in the beginning ) she is very kind and profesional all the time. Breakfast is good and swimming pool nice ,sauna good, and my room was small but very pretty. Open mind people that allow me to stay with my “friend” ,we never felt strange. Ceaners are so nice and profesional too.

Die Lage war gut.

Die Lüftung im Zimmer wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgeschaltet! Dadurch war das Zimmer zu kalt und laut in der Nacht!

Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe, wirkt familiär. Das Design war sehr ansprechend und gemütlich modern. Die Lage war absolut top, man konnte zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den Taksimplatz mit Einkaufsstraße und U-Bahn erreichen. Wir haben eigentlich alles zu Fuß erledigen können. Der asiatische Teil der Stadt ist auch nur 2 U-Bahn Haltestellen entfernt. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut, nur der Kaffee kam aus einem Automaten und war entsprechend… auf Nachfrage haben wir aber einen frischen Kaffee oder Cappuccino von der Bar bekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und scheinbar wenig besucht. Das Wasser im Pool ist schön warm und die Atmosphäre sehr gut. Wir haben noch ein Arrangement gebucht mit Massage und Hammam, was aber bis auf das Hammam weniger zufriedenstellend war. Offenbar gab es einen Kommunikationsfehler, sodass keiner der Masseusen wusste, was wir eigentlich gebucht haben. Das Hotelpersonal war aber sehr entgegenkommend und wir hoffen, dass sich die Abläufe in Zukunft bessern. Istanbul ist sehr laut, zum Glück liegt das Hotel aber sehr ruhig, sodass nachts wirklich gar nichts zu hören war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal dieses Hotel buchen :)

Location was nice. Close to Taksim centre, but away from the madness of the plaza.

The street the hotel was on, was quite dirty and on a huge slope. Hard to walk up and down.

Firs of all,staff was very frendly 🤩♥️🫶🏼 value for money 💯 The bus stop is very close to the hotel🚌 Also metro is 5 minutes by steps (in Taksim square)🚇 The upper metro is also 1.5 meters away🚃🚋 I recommend you to choose this hotel😊

Non smoking rooms… which makes life difficult for non-smokers…. Breakfast was not good..they could do much better

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for transport. Hotel was clean. Would highly recommened.

We spent a great time here. The room was clean and spacious. SPA is very stylish with 3 different types of sauna. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. The staff is competent.

Endless Art Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. Everything was flawless! Staff is amazing; they are so friendly and helpful. I'm not exaggerating when I say they answer any questions in a split second. We had just called reception for assistance and had just hung up when a door knocked; it was incredible. To be honest, we didn't expect such excellent service from a three-star hotel, because even in five-star hotels, we were sometimes disappointed. The location is excellent. You can walk to the main attractions or take the metro. It's very close to the metro station and, in my opinion, the most convenient location for getting to any point in the city. Breakfast is served fresh, with a variety of options. The ladies who have been working on the breakfast have broken our hearts with their constant smiles, friendliness, small talk, and willingness to help. Thank you so much for everything💖

The hotel is close to Taksim square and Istiklal Avenue. It is quite clean with minor smell issues in the lobby. Buffet breakfast is very pleasant (good selection of local cheeses and vegetable mixes. The daytime staff is helpful. Nightshifts seem to be done by students who tend to be less professional.

It seems the hotel electricity is generated by a diesel generator located in front of the hotel in a van. The engine runs non-stop and rooms with windows onto street are rather noisy.
