ALL the staff are exceptional - very friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception, to the housekeeping and the staff at breakfast. This is a very nice hotel and the staff made us feel very welcome again. Breakfast is very good. The spa is fantastic with a very large swimming pool. I am looking forward to staying in Divan Istanbul again. Many Thanks.

VERY VERY VERY friendly staff, I don't know how some reviewers wrote negative feedback about them, many thanks to them and to our room keeper Funda and for the reception people the first one we meet sorry don't know his name and the bellman both works at the late shift (we checked in 5AM) also thanks for Merve, Coskun and Batuhan, the location is very good, 5 mins walk to nearly all the connected metro lines in Istanbul

الطاوله فيه الكوماندو واقي الذكري الي فيه منظر غير جيد حق العوايل

L'emplacement est très central et donc parfait pour visiter la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le spa et la piscine sont très agréables.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une piscine extérieur et une terrasse plus agréable.

Overall very satisfied. I used the spa every day - very clean and nice. Very helpfull staff.

Pillows not very comfortable for my neck. Breakfast could be better.

The location and service is great. The manager is superb and highly professional

The male barber shop charges too much for an average job

Friendliness, easy access and clear instructions. Welcoming and most importantly friendly and helpful. This hotel has proved very successful with making their guests feel very safe and welcome. The way I was welcomed and treated really showed that every person working here loves their job. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and booking again. On another note, every member of their staff that I’ve dealt with felt very original and happy. I certainly enjoyed the friendliness of the room cleaning ladies as they said bye to me with a very warm smile that made my day. Their food is more than perfect especially at the restaurant downstairs where they serve the best breakfast and lunch with a great top class seating area.

Price could have been a bit more flexible but on the same dates I have seen hotels that had higher prices but are nothing like Divan.

Slow wifi, outside is loud (couldn't sleep well), rooms not so clean, staff wasn't so professional, The hotel worker came in before we checked out to our room while we were there to check if we used the minibar 🤦‍♂️

Everything is good we had some Ac problem immediately they sended someone he fixed we can recommend to everyone. Especially duty manager Gurbet amazing she know how the speak with the guest I like her job
