Convenient location, friendly staff.

Washing Machine after changing the coin basis to Application Online is very complicated, some guest has to give up the try. However in my case a friendly staff help me to finally can wash-but cannot use the drier.

The room was clean and kitchen well equipped. There is coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and extra towels available in lobby 24/7. There is security at front door of hotel. Luggage can be stored prior to check in time. Location is perfect for visiting Paris.

Although reception staff were professional and helpful, check in took a long time, not only for me but for other guests. The room price increased at check in from the original booking rate and had to be adjusted to reflect initial quoted rate.

Great and large room. It was well funished and was everything we were expecting in a room. It was about a 5-10min walk away from the Notre Dame Cathedral and maybe a 10-15min walk away from the Lourve museum.

In room fridge didn't have any drinks, snacks which I was expecting for the price we paid.

I have been to Paris many times. This is the best location that you will ever find. It’s in the very center of Paris

Rooms could use an update but they were great for European standards

The views from level 6 Seine River room was exceptional.

The room was very comfortable but dated in decor. Simply changing the carpet would make an enormous difference.

The staffs were kind and nice yet. Nice lobby. Coffee and tea was good enough.

The air conditioning didn't work, and the condition of the bathroom was sad. The bathtub was wrecked in several spots, non-slip stickers on there were worn out so the surface was very slippery. The screen wall was shaky. The information sheets on the desk were also wrinkled. It needs a lot of improvement.

Although its marketed as an apartment (which it is), it is part of the Ascott hotel group. So, there was a reception, staff, who were all v friendly etc -> which was a pleasant surprise. Room was decent size as well and facilities were decent. Location is excellent - down the road from the Notre Dame and the Louvre (7mins walk) with good access to the metro as well.

1. To get coffee, you have to take cups from the room to the machine on the ground floor. Not v comfortable. 2. No cleaning during duration of stay. I heard reception quoting a €28 per deep clean per room if you wish, which I think is too high. 3. Sofa beds are 2x singles (with some space in between). While this is ok, would have been good to know at time of booking.

It was a quiet room which was very clean with the basics of what we needed. Very well positioned for exploring Paris.

A second comfortable chair would have been good. There was very little kitchen equipment. Not enough cutlery and crockery to make use of the dishwasher as we would have been without glasses, mugs or cutlery until the cycle finished.

Dirty dishes in kitchen, no light in hallway and staff weren’t that friendly, with the exception of 2.

The location is excellent in the center of the principal attractions, you can reach them walking , metro and train stations , shopping area and good restaurants close. They have a free coffee and tea station in the lobby and a laundry room that you can use paying throw an app. Basic breakfast but good for the cost, for us worked really good not to have it included because outside are many and really good restaurants so everyday you can have a different option in reasonable cost.

Room pictures in the web site and booking nothing to do with the room that we got!! Our room 1115 really narrow difficult to move when you have many suitcases(we were traveling for a month),the size and location of the TV terrible, so small , far and low ! The staff in front desk don’t help to much , only the manager was helping us when he saw that we didn’t have answers from them, rally nice person!,we had an issue with the dry clean service and the taxi that they booked for us, don’t expect comfort but for the location is really convenient ,this is not a hotel, are apartments in rent so housekeeping not include only with extra cost, is a kind “self service” service, for example if you want towels or sheets you have to go and get them, funny smell in the hallway carpet.

Great location on the river. Close to main attractions- Louvre, Ile de cité. Close to public transport options. Great restaurants close by including the Le Bistro des Augustins which does amazing Gratins. Free coffee machine in the lobby.

Some public spaces looked a bit tired. Probably a little expensive for what you get. An in room tea/coffee station would be great.
