The apartment was lovely and very clean it has everything you need in the kitchen and there was teabags and coffee and sugar and milk and even biscuits which was a lovely touch, the beds were comfortable and plenty of storage wardrobe and drawers , the shower was great and had good water pressure, and the view from the lounge was beautiful.
The 2 flights of stairs to get to the double bedroom and lounge kitchen and bathroom but the clue is in the name of the apartment loft apartments DOH! but didn't realise until after we booked our mistake.but it was worth it.

Location of the property is fantastic. Our little ones loved having an excellent park in close walking distance. Close to Metro, City Centre and the Football Stadium.
Curtains in the second bedroom could have been thicker so the room was dark at night into the early morning.

The apartment was really lovely, clean and quirky. The layout was interesting and testament to the age of the building, not your usual 'square' base. The bedrooms were a fab size with all amenities you could need.
Karen was very attentive, making sure we had all the information required, and in the welcome book, there was loads of information on the local area.
We used it as a base for a weekend in Newcastle, so we had to Uber in and out of town at a cost of approx £10 each time.
There were also loads of mirrors- very useful when there are four women all getting ready in one apartment 🤪

Flat was clean and convenient for getting into Newcastle. Parking outside was straightforward. Host was very friendly and helpful, calling in advance to check everything with us.
The sloping ceilings were a bit limiting, especially in the kitchen area. The back lane had a lot of litter.

very clean property in a very quiet location! only 5 minutes in a taxi from Newcastle city centre as well, I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place which is very kind and helpful at any time
About the place it’s the cleanest i ever found on booking, kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and the beds are very comfy!

The location was perfect for local attractions and for getting to the city centre. All within easy walking distance. Everything you need is provided in the apartment and the host is on hand at all times. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby too.

Very comfortable overall. very warm. Location was brilliant for what we needed. Netflix was included was a very nice touch. Welcome book had all the information in if we needed anything.
Kitchenette was a bit small, but it had all that we needed and more.

Very cosy and stylish, super clean, felt like home
For tall people like us there was a bit of ducking here and there with it being a loft apartment, but its cosiness and overall practical and stylish design made well up for that.

2 lovely apartments that worked really well for us as two families of 4. Its all in the one building with a secure door entry so meant all the kids could go in one apartment and the adults in the other 😂
Karen Anne was extremely helpful from
start to finish, checking in with us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed.
There was a lot of rubbish and debris lying outside at the back of the apartments the whole area could do with a good clean up. Didn’t hugely bother us but is a bit of an eye sore when looking out the back windows

Lovely quiet apartment. Unusual, stylish and very well decorated. Very handy and comfortable base to explore the area - a 5-minute Uber into Newcastle City Centre. Also a really friendly and helpful host.
Everything was perfect for us.
