The property was clean and spacious

There was a function on so the bar was not accessible and the restaurant was closed even though this wasn’t being used by the function! There was no consideration for the guests that were not part of the function after spending what we did for the room Only! No one accommodated us to make up for putting all efforts into the function guests! It was very loud with guests congregating down the corridors with room doors open and was not relaxing at all. Staff attitude was not professional at all.

Staying at this hotel made you feel that you were living at one of the British houses and not a hotel. The decorations and the atmosphere were above average. The cozy lobby and the furniture were so comfortable to sit and relax over there

Maybe a little bit of enhancement to the breakfast options, although it's still good

Very pretty to look at and smelt beautiful. Restaurant was lovely and the staff were so welcoming and super friendly. Location was perfect too.

There isn’t anything to dislike about this hotel.

Certain things require a bit of maintenance in rooms and around the hotel. Currently it's acceptable but if repairs aren't performed soon this will make what is a lovely hotel into one that isn't so nice. A fair bit of sound travels into the room

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious bathroom.

Big dip in the mattress which made it uncomfortable. Door didn’t lock as lock was broken, which was a big negative. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time which was just unfortunate as I was in a rush.

The man at reception was very welcoming. The hotel was nicely decorated with nice lighting. Breakfast was good.

It’s well positioned for eateries and only minutes from the client I was there to see

I didn’t like that they now charge for parking. I had a small single room, the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Stain on carpet, same coloured stain but had been washed on the hand towel. TV didn’t work. No non slip mat for the shower although it said there was. Dirtiest window I’ve ever seen at an hotel.

The location.

Awful room - very small, old and stained carpet, dirty walls. Not one wall was without stains, chips or indentations - one looks like it’s about to give in! Tiny improvised bathroom, noisy room, very thin walls. Understaffed - there seems to be only one person left to do everything - reception - check in/check out, serve breakfast, etc. So unsurprisingly things take longer than expected/normal. I don’t think the hotel deserves the 4 stars rating.

Location, size of the room and large beds. Free car park was a bonus, to allow enjoy freedom from driving for couple days.

some items in the room didn’t work - TV, small lamp on the wall next to a desk, internet was terribly slow - couldn’t use my laptop to study. Room was pretty cold - aircon unit is the only source of heat/ventilation.

Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, clean, really nice decor, parking, near beach, no noise from outside.

Internal noise at night, limited sound proofing. Before check out there was an event in the building which was REALLY loud. Luckily I wasn't on a call, etc. Was asked twice to pay for breakfast, which I'd paid for already when booking. No menu on tables or breakfast welcome to explain whether it was table service etc, luke warm weak coffee, cheap produce. Requested well done poached eggs, and received snotty fried eggs. Local to restaurants and the Nuudle bar was amazing, but the area has gone very downhill and appeared extremely deprived sadly.
