The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. With a great sense of humour. Having free parking at that location is a bonus.
I don’t like giving negative feedback. Message to the owner…… please please invest in redecoration…. You have a potential goldmine there !! The location is amazing, & with the summer holiday season upon you…..

Warm welcome for us and our dogs. Easy walk to boscombe beach. Good value for money.
No option for breakfast. Bed not all that comfortable. We were on the second floor, with a lot of stairs for our aging legs!

The owner Alan was really friendly and helpful. The property was in an excellent location being just a few minutes walk from the beach. The property is really close to O2 arena so a great place to stay if going an event. The property does not have catering which was fine for us, however there are plenty of local pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways close by.

We literally felt like home. This hotel is dog friendly, so we could take our little fluffy dog with us. I can not recommend enough
There's no bar or restaurant, but plenty of places in 5 minutes walk. That wasn't important for us anyway

Excellent location, always a warm welcome, and I always get a good night's sleep. Lovely and quiet at night. Good size rooms.
If I had to find anything, the kettle has limescale. Probably needs cleaned or replaced.

UNFORTUNATELY WE WAS ON THE TOP FLOOR WHICH HAD A LOT OF STAIRS LEADING TO OUR ROOM.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to Boscombe beaches. Short sea front train ride into Bournemouth or its around 30 min walk.
Friendly host/staff, would definitely go back. The only thing I would say is there was not enough plug sockets in the room but we managed.
