The room was nice and the staff was lovely

The breakfast was stone bacon was thin and hard the sausage was burnedthe only thing that was hot was the plate you had to try to hold to put it on ! cold .all the birds outside although nice there was just bird bird crap everywhere when it came to walking past or across the yard it wasn't nice .the entertainment was rubbish

Food was excellent staff friendly

Disability rooms not very disabled friendly bathroom tiled floor so very slippy beds not very comfortable not for a disabled person

Location was perfect close to the town and also had great facilities

Paper thin walls, electrical work going on from early morning in the hallways. Toilets would not flush properly, I had to flush after my children used the bathroom as they couldn’t manage it. Hard beds, breakfast staff not that pleasant and not much food on offer as dishes were empty .

Room toilet flushing not satisfactory, lack of information about the complex and local activities. Final day breakfast marred by fellow guests stockpilng food ( for later use) and limiting availability of toast, and cooked food for incoming quests wanting breakfast! Your staff should monitor these greedy individuals and charge them for multiple breakfasts !!

Great location and park passes in price of room

Small breakfast room. Awkward toilet flush as you have to pump the button to prime the flush. Not advised on this at any point till I went to reception to say toilet not flush properly

Lovely stay room was perfect with a lovely view of the pond and surrounding area. Caroline at reception was amazing going above and beyond to help us a credit to the company.

The entrance arriving at the hotel was nice, the entrance in the hotel was nice and the receptionists upon arrival were welcoming. It was in a great location.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter and her partner to have a night away. This is the first bad review I have given and we have all stayed in many locations. My daughter said "It's such a shame as it has great potential" please see the good points as this was their expectation for the entire trip after a really good start when first getting to the hotel. After this it all went downhill. The hotel needs to hire more/new cleaning staff. It wasn't clean, cobwebs around, the food looked like it had food/drink splattered against the wall. It wasn't good. The food at the hotel was shockingly bad. Microwaved meals really. The spaghetti Bolognese made my daughter sick. The waiter who brought the food came back in a matter of seconds to ask how it was. My daughter hadn't had time to try it yet and her partner had just put a fork full in him mouth and so couldn't answer. Although trying to eat some to not offend, they left most of it. The waiter asked if they enjoyed their meal which they said they didn't but didn't want to complain. Upon paying, the gentleman was rude saying "I'll deal with you 2 in a minute" he rudely said "so what was wrong with your food then" which they tried to explain but he went off to get the manager. This made my daughter and her partner feel embarrassed as they didn't want to complain, they wanted to just pay and leave. The manager, Paula Norton, came over and was extremely rude to the 2 of them. They tried to explain when they first got their meals the waiter asked how it was but they had not really had a chance to try it. She practically called them liars saying "Pablo doesn't do that". Her attitude was appalling! The breakfast was not good either. Although the bed was comfy, we believe it may have had bed bugs as they have both come home with many bites on their back and legs. They need the plumbing looking at too.
