First time for a while we have been back to Skegness. We struggled to find accommodation as it was bank holiday weekend and it was hot. Palm Court had one room left. We found accommodation to be absolutely spotless and breakfast was great. The Lady who runs it was really lovely and helpful and sorted us out with a free parking spot. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Angelique is a wonderful host, very caring and friendly. She made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and piping hot. Individual preferences were happily accommodated for. The young person taking breakfast orders was also very friendly, polite and competent. I enjoyed the sea view from my room. All guests were considerate and very quiet which was nice.

The road could be very busy early mornings and evenings with day trippers driving to and from the nearby carpark. Once the main traffic was over the room was very quiet.

Couldn't fault one thing . Super friendly staff ,beautiful room with a sea view. Definitely worth paying extra for it. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location was spot on. Close to everything, but not effected by the noise and hussle and bussle.

All the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel, the rooms and the lounge was always clean. The hotel in general was peaceful. Rooms were a good size and nice that our room had a closet/wardrobe to hang up some clothes and also get our case out of the way. Also the chest of drawers and side cabinets was good to unload our belongings into. Loved how clean and modern the bathroom was and the towel hooks came in handy. Breakfast was good and tasty cooked fresh when you order, my son loved the sausages and the bacon I enjoyed. Also, each room is allocated its own table for seating at breakfast. I loved how close we were to the beach and other things like arcades, food places, golfing, promenade, the pool a lot was assessable. I would be happy to stay here again.

No air conditioning nor was there any bed side fans provided. Though we had a fantastic night's sleep every night for 6 nights, beds are very comfy, it was unbelievably hot and stuffy in the room. In general having a fan or air conditioning should available in any accommodation, but we also stayed when temperatures were high so the nights were extremely hot.

Quilt thatHad a lovely 4 night break at the Palm Court. Easy check in. Angelique was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Juices, cereals and cooked breakfast and toast was on offer. After first night I asked angelique if we could have a thinner quilt on the bed as we were a bit warm with the quilt that was on.Not a problem she just changed it to a lighter one. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful area and not too far to walk to shops, beach etc.
