Lovely hosts close to roman bank and bus stops my only moan would be the matress ever so noisy it sqeeks everywhere and the shower could do with a holdall for toiletries still this is a 8 out of 10 acomadation 10 being breakfast /new matress and small shelf in the shower all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay would come again lovely well done 👏

Just fit for purpose for a two night stay

Slightly dated decor, parking on site limited but on street available, fair walk to town centre

Keith and Linda made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Earlier booking in was a bonus. The property was very clean and you only had to ask if there was anything you required. Lovely breakfast which was always lovely and hot.

There was nothing I did not like.

It was comfy the bed was nice

Tv to small no bar or breakfast or Room service the stairs were to steep and I had to park my car on the grass

My room was tucked away at the top of the building which was really nice. There was parking on site. It was warm and very welcoming.

décor was old and gaudy, mattress uncomfortable , towels thin , bathroom old. curtains paper thin so light came through about 04.30 am . The lounge shown on the pictures is the front entrance hall. Breakfast was a mystery we were not informed about it but you have to pre book pre-order and it is served 8.30 -9 am no outside seating area,

It was clean and close to the beach and town, both easy to walk to.

We were on the top floor room 11, it was very noisy from the road outside as people seem to use it as a race track throughout the night, and lots of traffic first thing in the morning. The shower was tiny.
