The bed was comfy and the staff member was very friendly and cheerful.
We thought it was on the seafront as described. Facilities a bit dated.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. Made sure we had everything including extra sugar for my partner. Breakfast was lovely and you had a good range of breakfast is well.

Location was great! Lady who runs the bnb was lovely, she even gave my son £2 for an ice cream and some sweets.
Parking available directly outside so didn’t need to use the car park.
When booking the form mentioned breakfast and I therefore thought this was included but it wasn’t, however the landlady offered us complimentary toast and cereal.
Overall great time had 😊
Rooms were dated but I didn’t really expect much more. Beds were not the most comfortable. Could hear police sirens through the night as was opposite a police station.

was so nice one of the most loviest stays
Jo was the most nicest lady I’ve ever met . made you feel so welcome . the bed was heated and so comfortable.

It was quiet so I slept well. Comfy beds. Owner lovely lady
Cleaning hadn't been done in bathroom toothpaste and hairs in sink.
Quite dated pictures, bed sheets etc. Would benefit from some nice bright bedding and change the look of the room massively.

Was not allowed to have breakfast, and owner initially was not going to allow us to stay when she knew all other B&B’s etc had no vacancies during the half term period even tho we had booked through an official website (booking.com) and gave me a lot of attitude on the phone and when I initially turned up to revive my keys after booking.com had to call her and pretty much force her to accept our reservation there.
Bad attitude, not allowed breakfast, I had to clean my excrement from the toilet when I arrived and I also kept banging my head on the ceiling in bed as it was a loft room.

didn’t like how you didn’t get a breakfast in with the price and the heating wasn’t on any night and it was a bit cold
