Great location and facilities

It was on a very busy road and was noisy

extremely friendly and helpful staff! The manager even helped us drying our cloths in her business dryer without charging us anything for it.

As the room has no aircondition it becomes quite hot.

Very noisy people that seemed like long term residents right beside us. Woke us up before 6am one day. Bathroom not very nice, the whole place in need of refurbishment. Needs air conditioning and was too expensive for the state of the facilities.

Bathroom needs a very deep clean. Mould on the grout. Shower also needs big clean. Rubbish under bed and beside table.

Not alot to like about this hotel

Having a baby there was hardly any room for a portacot setup so put him upstairs which was scary as they do not provide any baby gates for the steep stairs in the room, the beds are uncomfortable and the outside lights are on all night and shine into the room, the floor is so hard my baby tripped over and hit his head pretty hard on the ground, carparking is a tight squeeze and its not very quiet. the rooms are small not ideal for a long term stay especially with having to wash clothes their washing machine was broken and it costs $4.00 a load

Location is great, short walk to the beach. mall just up the road. Very clean and spotless.

I think they could invest in new beds, they feel pretty old and tired and for work trips a good bed can be important to get a good night sleep.
