Good food, almost all staff spoke english.

The food was good quality but most of the time was cold even the soup ! The room was nice with good views over the natural ponds and the sea beyond, the bar staff were good and so were the entertainment staff also plenty of parking spaces, pool facilities and sun terraces excellent

The maids in the room didn't do a good job , they couldn't care less with the exception of a dark haired young lady who was very thorough but she only did our room twice in 2 weeks, the rest of the time was a blonde lady, the balcony was very small, we couldn't sit out there together as the air con unit took up most of the room and goodness knows where they expected you to put the clothes airer , we had to hang our damp towels and swimwear on hooks in the bedroom ! And finally good food spoiled by being cold

Good sized rooms (ours, for 3 people, was quite big), a relatively good choice of food to choose from, slightly changed every day. Couple of pools available for those too lazy to go to the beach. Nice and wide beach within walking distance (couple of minutes) with sun beds and a beach bar. Not too many drinks included though in the "all inclusive" package. Room cleaning on a daily basis, clean surrounding areas, including the restaurant, with masks and gloves at the entrance.

Quite old beach towels, though cleaned on a daily basis. Restaurants are closed few good minutes before the end of their program, so if you dare to enter to get something on the last minute (food or drinks), you are rejected. Their personnel seems to be eating same food as for their customers, we saw them collecting the food and getting together in the back. Despite the availability of masks and gloves at the entrance of their restaurants, not all people (including some of their staff) were wearing them inside, their personnel should enforce this during this Covid pandemic time.

The restaurant is very dirty, the food is poor, the staff in the restaurant is dirty and unfriendly ..... everything about the food was extremely weak and ugly.

The spacious apartment.

The apartment needs renovation, the furniture is old and room cleaning was not great. Would rate it as a two star hotel, I wouldn’t come again. Also, there was plenty of food but not great quality. Dessert, for example was the extra sugary full margarine type. Quantity over quality. Fruit was fresh, really enjoyed.

One of the waitresses was keeping tables for guests in the restaurant, she was quite rude telling us we cannot use the vacant table. Didn’t get any refill of the shower gel for the 3 nights stay.

We booked a 1 room apartment and we got a 2 room apartment. It was really nice. All staff was kind and helpfull. Beach was big and clean and was aprox 8 min. from the hotel. I liked that hotel has a bar on the beach. The food was good but cakes could be better. Kids loved ice cream that could eat all day.

There are a lot of swallows, so you can found swallow droppings on balcony, or on the deck chair near pool.

The food was tasty and there were enough options to chose from. The pandemic conditions were respected, people were wearing masks and gloves in the restaurant serving area and they were provided by the hotel. The beach was also nice.

Oh boy. I was very disappointed starting with the fact that I booked an apartament with one bed and SOFA and instead of sofa I have received 2 armchairs. When claiming it to the reception and requested for the sofa I booked and payed for, they told me I should have mentioned my SPECIAL request. It was not a special request, just the room I booked for so that we can sleep with 2 little children. The hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars rating, the conditions of our rooms barely reached 2 stars. The rooms were not clean, the bathtub was so stained and ugly that I felt sick entering it, the wc aso dirty. Under the sheets over the bed there were breadcrumbs, they were never vaccumed I guess. In the bedroom and on the hallway it smelled like mould, I even taken a photo with the mould on the walls. The internet wifi exists only by its name, you cannot connect to it at all. The cleaning ladies did not wear masks when entering and cleaning our rooms. Our bedroom was right over the party area and it was impossible to put the 2 children to sleep before 23.00 due to the noise coming from the party. I would not recommmend this hotel for families with kids due to these conditions.

I liked the property, the food was really delicios and was variety. Animators were really nice and cute.

the guests were most from Romenia and were most like villige people.

The pool was not warm and the property should have a miniaquapark for kids.
