Beds were warm and cozy and the bathroom was modern and clean. Close enough to town to stretch your legs before and after dinner but not too far away! We had a great stay at the Edgewater.

No heating in living room. Only in bedroom .

Toilet cistern would not switch off after flushing.

Location to Lake Te Anau and the TrackNet bus. Walking distance to downtown.
Parking for guests was really an alley. We did not rent a car for several reasons but mostly they drive on the opposite side of the street then the USA.

Only one power point in the room worked. Very basic room. I would expect a bit more given the cost. Car parking was a bit of a nightmare, no marked parks kind of a free for all.

Location was great.
The apartment was very dated and needs some serious updating. The key was left in an envelope taped to the office window and we never even saw a staff member. There was a lack if power outlets, no mirrors apart from the one in the bathroom but there was no plug for the hair dryer. There was dust all over the TV cabinet.

Cold and run down. Towels were not replaced like the notices said they would be and they didn't leave spare toilet rolls.

The reception personnel were very helpful
The apartment was very dated with everything painted grey. The laundry was twice as expensive as everywhere else we stayed. It wasn't dirty but felt mucky, the bottom of the bathroom door obviously had had severe water damage and the corner of the lining in the shower was black, not mould but was rotton

Oven could have done with a clean but in general was good.

The location was right near the city center and it was fantastic! We also appreciated the pamphlets that showed activities like the glowworm cave tour and the Te Anau bird sanctuary. These really helped us make the most of our time in Te Anau. It was great that we were able to extend our stay one night with no problem and we got a free upgrade on the room! The laundry service was also super helpful for a pair of sweaty backpackers!
Nothing comes to mind, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay.

Great location, right on the lake, walk to town centre. Recently renovated so the apartment was lovely. The manager was very welcoming and helpful.

The lake view apartment was lovely. Great view. Owners were helpful.
Lighting was needed on the steps up to the apartment and also needed to light the steps out the front leading to reception.
