Spacious rooms, handy location

the room is so clean. and the bathroom is spotless. just 2-3 minutes walk to the lake, and around 10 minutes walk to the town centre. the staff were amazing and very helpful.

it had a new toaster but no plates or knives so if you wanted to use it you would need to eat the toast with out spreading butter or jam / pointless having one in the room

Good sized room with two good beds.

TV impossible to work out, no heating in bathroom, no daily room service Needs a spruce up. Room lacked cutlery and crockery for breakfast. Told management this after one night which was promised but not delivered until I bluntly reminded them at 5.15pm that day.

couple in their 30s travelling, the room was extremely spacious with 2 double beds, the bathroom was also big and had everything we needed. We stayed here to half our drive to Milford Sound rather than driving from Queenstown. would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in this part or New Zealand.

Although the bathroom was large, the shower cubicle itself was an odd shape which made it feel a little tight and claustrophobic with the door closed. There was also no safe in the room.

Very large and modern main room and bathroom. Seemed more like a studio. Lots of space. Nice quiet AC.

Needed a microwave.

Location and facilities were great. We were there for 1 night for the Milford Tour and it was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed here for only 1 night to visit Milford sound. For this price, I think the room was really good and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room as we enter room to keep our luggage and other stuff. I was happy to see the Bathtub and mirror with LED lights and the toilet was separated from the bathroom. Parking was available too with no extra charges. TV with Netflix was provided (you need to use your own logins though). Close proximity to Town center and Milford sound. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Village In Hotel.

I was able to hear voices from the adjacent rooms I am sure they could hear us too so I wish there were some privacy and noise cancellation in the room.
