Favorable and desirable location to be in. ~100meters from Juhu beach and in the heart of Juhu. Staff are courteous and service is prompt.

The hotel needs urgent maintenance for everything. Rooms, bathrooms etc feel unclean and dated. Sounds from the nightclub disturbed us till ~0300am.

1. Valet service.

1. At the time of check-in , hotel policies were not mentioned. 2. The day we checked in, they had an issue with the boiler plant which provides hot water in the room, the same was not informed. Got to know about it at night when we asked why there was no hot water in the room. 3. When we called for room service, the order taker mentioned you need to pay for the meal once it reaches your room.... Which hotel personnel says this.... 4. The AC temp was set to 18degree, if we set the same to 24 , the gets moist and slippery.

Property was good.

Refrigerator didn't work for 2 days . No-one came to fix it. Loud music as there is a party hall/club owned by the property. And there is no optimum sound proofing.

Service is slow , sometimes not even responding and cleanliness is a concern.

I checked into Ramee Guestline Hotel at Juhu, Mumbai on 7th May evening with my wife.. I was given room number 206. There was a mini fridge in the room like most other hotels. There were few soft drinks and a bottle of beer and couple of chocolates in the fridge. There was a shelf in the room and it had few packets of chips etc. I myself left hotel at 8:30 for a course and instructed my wife to checkout at around 13:00 hrs. At 13:00 she called to inform that hotel staff is asking to pay for a beer and chocolate we have consumed. Which we never did. When my wife left the room everything was there in the fridge untouched. The hotel staff on reception counter didn't agree and misbehaved with my wife accusing that they found chocolate raper and said a water bottle is missing as well. When my wife informed me I asked her to get the number of hotel manager and called him directly. Manager Mr Gautam didn't even listened to what I said instead he started shouting that stop calling my staff a cheat. This kind of cheating and extremely disgusting behaviour cannot be accepted. I will raise this issue to highest possible level till I receive a written apology from hotel Manager Mr Gautam.

Cheating on the last day was most disgusting thing happened to me ever in any hotel. Very difficult to sleep in this hotel as loud music from disco hall keeps disgusting till 3aam every night.
