عمل ترقية للغرفة - تقديم فواكة وحلى تريحيبي- وجود قهوه عربي في المبني بار - الغرف كبيره ونظيفة - الخدمة ممتازه - وجود كرت في الغرفة من الفندق يطلب عدم تقديم اكراميات للعاملين لان هذا عملهم مع توضيح انه في حال رغبتكم في ذلك مع انهم لا ينصحون به وضع الاكراميات في ظرف مغلق وتقديمه لمكتب الاستقبال وذكر اسم العامل اذا وجد شخص معين

The staff were always friendly, professional, and available when needed. The grounds were secure and immaculate. The executive lounge and the pool offered great escapes when needed.

There is nothing I did not like about the property.

The rooms are spacious, including a large bathroom, with typical luxuries expected of a 5 star hotel. The staff are very accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience. The restaurants on site are also excellent.

Not much to dislike. The breakfast was ok, though not as excellent as some competitors.

Абсолютно все! Персонал дружелюбный, решает любой вопрос. Невероятно красиво и чисто. Королевский клуб заслуживает отдельной похвалы, я провела в нем весь день после чек аута тк у меня был очень поздний вылет. Массаж - один из лучших (пробую везде, путешествую много) Комната шикарная, буфет на завтраки и обед разнообразный, еда очень вкусная.

Unfortunately the pool, Leela’s pool is located on the 11th beautiful view but a HUGE problem with all the pigeons and not hygiene at all especially when pigeons poop everywhere… sad but the design idea was good

Everything is to love in this hotel; the breakfast, the room, the staff, the service, the restaurant, the scent… if you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service I would recommend the Leela Palace. They anticipate your needs and make are you are well taken care of! They need to go global!!!

The staff is very kind, the food very good, the room nice and comfortable. By far the best hotel we've been to in India!

Hotel advised me that my reservation was cancelled by Booking.com, clearly this was not the case as my booking was was still live on their app futher they confirmed it by email.
