Disgusting! Nothing like the presented images on the site. This property was in a grubby state when we arrived so cleaning and vacuuming were necessary before anyone was comfortable. There was decaying food in the grubby fridge and detritus across the floors. The outside areas resembled a scene from a post apocalyptic movie complete with dead car and piles of building rubbish and half finished projects strewn around the place. most ,if not all, outside facilities were damaged or strewn across the messy site. There had obviously been no effort to clean or prepare the property before our arrival. Very disappointed with the whole arrangement including Booking dot Con convenient distancing from effective communications regarding a resolution.

The whole house, and large outdoor areas were great to have

Air conditioning would be beneficial, it was incredibly stuffy in the heat, particularly upstairs.

Natasha was amazing to deal with. The house is in a lovely spot and only a few mins drive from the town center of Queenbyean. Loved it was dog friendly. We used the fire place and central heating daily as we are Queensland's.
