Find the room cold, had to turn off the air con. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one rubbish bin next to toilet there should be another one in the room.

The meal menu could regulatly change a bit to have variety. Husband & brother had food poisoning after eating herb chicken probably not fully cooked & doctor had to be called which didn't arrive after 2.5hrs wait. Liked the porridge & pikelets but appeared only once. Water for dinner was from the bottled water which was charged which normally in a restaurant was given free from a jug. A fly was enjoying the breakfast muffins which wasn't covered. Overall it was ok for an overnight stay.

close to airport but had to wait 1/2 hour for shuttle would have been quicker ti get a cab. shuttle was good to get back to airport

only got 2 towels in room no bath mat no hand towels. no pool towels available. staff sitting around watching rubbish on their phones. some staff were very friendly and helpful especially one staff member who offered to wash and dry towels for us to use by the pool but we only received them long after we needed them.

Buffet breakfast included was ok. Food in general was ok. This is a good business meeting venue, but it's not close to anything except the airport.

Staff not very knowledgeable about local activities. They were only equipped to sell expensive packaged tours, not really help tourists get around the area.

From arrival, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Each staff member was happy to help and was extremely knowledgeable about hotel services and even Fiji history, so every question was answered expertly and with a genuine smile. Most notably, my mother arrived in a wheelchair at the airport. The shuttle driver mentioned this to the baggage attendant, who then communicated this to the check in desk - within minutes, my room was changed to one of a similar quality to the one I had booked but closer to the front desk to avoid my mother having to walk far. Thank you again to all!

We only stayed one night so couldn't take advantage of all the facilities. If you want to take full advantage of what the hotel has to offer, plan your stay in advance.

Really comfy beds, lovely friendly staff, the pool and restaurant /bar area had a great atmosphere and games and noone minded our kids having a late (8.30pm) swim (we were only staying one night due to an early flight and they were desperate lol!). I liked our room and the covered walkways. Also very clean everywhere, super handy to the airport and staff were really helpful with offering transfers when we booked. Great value for money compared to other local hotels

Only minor things which would have made it a 10: the shower needs a new head as it sprays everywhere except on you, the drain for the basin needs clearing as water took a long time to drain out (gross tooth brushing experience!). Also desperately need to sort the towel situation - 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children is simply not enough. Especially when there's also swimming pool!

the garden was pretty

The room was dark and dingy. It had clearly not been used in a while. There were lots of dead insects on the floor near the windows, the paintings on the wall and the surfaces were dusty. The bed frame had mould stains. There were no reading lights and no bedside lights so reading in bed was impossible. There was a big television but the quality of the picture was so low that it made watching TV difficult on my eyes. All of these things would have been acceptable if the price of the room had not been soooo high! This hotel is NOT value for money.

Our room was very clean, the musicians were fantastic and had a great vibe, pool was cool, location good for airport and free easy transfers

Had an awful experience at the restaurant, we arrived at 8pm and were seated, nobody took our order and staff seemed to be very stresses and busy, they served tables all around us and about us, after 40mins of waiting to order they came and we did not receive our pizza until 10pm 😱 we asked several times for updates, but staff either didn't come to our table, or said it was 5mins more. Tables full of tables came, ordered, ate and left before we had our food. The staff didn't apologize for the wait or offer to remedy with a drink or snack while waiting. We complained to staff but they brushed it off. The pizza was really yum but a bit soggy, unfortunately the service and lack of remedy ruined our stay for us

Fantastic staff. Free airport shuttle. Big,beautiful room with a sitting area by the garden. Very good breakfast.

No free water in room. I had to pay 7$ for a large bottle. You have to pay for internet upgrade. The only hotel chain that I have seen this happen. Makes it look that they are nickel and diming then guests.
