Chambre très spacieuse Clim efficace Grande douche

Petit déjeuner catastrophique: café imbuvable, pas de pain, pas de lait, … On nous a fait payer un supplément pour le transfert depuis l’aéroport alors que c’est le chauffeur qui n’a pas été fichu de se présenter à nous et que nous avons attendu 2heures devant l’aéroport !!! Inadmissible

Stain on the old carpet and seen bed bug on the pillow, we requested us to get transferred to different room which is easily got resolved the issue.

Seafood dinner is not as fresh as it looks in the menu.

Food was a big improvement since it's now 24 hours!

You still have to make an effort to search for a decent night lif. within the vicinity.

The area is convenient.

First we upgraded and paid more but when we arrived the room was so small, the refrigerator didn't work and aircon take for a while before it get cold. Paid 500 pesos for early check-in because we arrived at noon and are not fun when you are in jetlag and tired for a long flight. The staff wont considered unless you pay the early check-in. I used to like this hotel, but this time , I considered coming back to stay for my remaining 10 days in Cebu. I will pay another place for the price.
