4 friends stayed for an event over the weekend, due to it being a boiler hot water, only 2 of us could shower and get ready. Being the drive that drove for 5 hours I was very annoyed.

Heat did not work in one bedroom and Also was very cold when we arrived in the apartament ( we booked in winter time)

Well equiped for most needs .Good sized accomodation and good for visiting towns and attractions.

water didn’t get hot, vacuum didn’t work. when asked if we could extend the stay for an extra night was told it was still the original price of £109 even though it was now being advertised as £89. Contacted to say I hadn’t received any information about check in and was told I had already been sent the email - which I hadn’t then when the email was sent to me it say ‘the email sent to you that you didn’t receive’ just felt a bit rude

Good size 2 bedrooms. Location good for me as near highway (both M4 & M5), as we drive. But if you don’t drive, this is uptown residential area. Very far from train station and Main Street.

The kitchen appliances are bit old. The stove and oven hard to control for cooking.

The apartment was exactly how it was described on the site

Originally they tried to take £500 deposit, they explained why. Then half way through my stay the cleaners alleged they could smell cannabis coming from my room along with guests. Weirdly I have never in my life I have never touched a drug in my life, they took £100 from my bank without even consulting me. The lady called me at 10am to say the cleaners could smell the drug. So why was I allowed to stay the rest of my stay if I have a drug? f I had an illegal drug on me the police should of been called to investigate, I have a decent job aswell where I get random drug tested. Anyway they took £100 without telling me. Abit disappointed tbh. The lady was pretty rude on the phone

The apartment was clean and comfy.

It wasn't easy to find the entrance to the building, but once we did, it was easy to get the keys from the lock box. The parking wasn't good. We had reserved a space, but someone else had parked in it.

bed was extremely uncomfortable as was seating in lounge.

the door in the bigger room can’t be opened completely as it is blocked partly by the cabinet but it’s minor problem

It was a very cute property with all the facilities that were needed. Also very close to lots of shops and restaurants.

The property was clean, bed was comfortable and it feels very homey.

lacking of AC or electric fan. there was one small electric fan which was shared between 2 rooms during our 2 night stay.

The service appt was really good for a short stay and close the needed amenities. However, without lifts in the facility carrying luggage was an issue. Overall a very good stay thank you.

Apartment is large and comfortable and equipped with everything you might want. Very well located for the motorway and has a supermarket very close by. The street was quiet, the neighbors mostly were too. Good communication from the management company and easy check in and check out.

The doors inside the apartment. They all close automatically and some door stops would have been nice. Might be a fire safety thing I understand... Some oil to cook with would also be useful. The hot tap in the bathroom also needs looking at. These are small complaints though, overall was happy with my stay.
