Very clean.

No coffee in room

Very Friendly Staff at Reception, got what we needed for the night in the form of a simple comfortable clean room with a shower/toilet. 5/10 minute walk close to city centre and car park. Would stay again I am in Leeds.

Not a problem to me but it's close to road and no parking but you can easily get long stay parking nearby

The location

I was disappointed I had an email to check out today at 10.30 - 11am. However a member of cleaning staff was banging on my hotel room door at 10am shouting at me to get out immediately. I found this very intimidating and distressing I felt really anxious and it put me off staying again otherwise a delightful stay.

This is my ‘go to’ hotel when visiting Leeds. Great location, great staff and great rooms, especially for the price.

The property was clean and good value for money.

Rooms were small and walls were thin could hear people getting back at 2 in the morning.

10 minute walk from city centre. Hotel close to roadside but heard no traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities would’ve been ideal as well as a hairdryer other than that we can’t fault it on price

Only option was of continental breakfast. Full English would’ve been preferred or bacon/sausage sandwiches

Clean room with good view There wasnt a big choice in breakfas, but could still find something to eat and not to go hungry

Pillows were very hard. Could do with softer. Could have something warm for breakfast (sausages, eggs etc)

The hotel was near the bus station,

The room was very basic and construction work was taking place outside. Only the minimum of facilities were available and yet the cost of the room was over 100 pounds in late October. The price on offer at the hotel for the date I stayed was considerably lower than what I had paid booking in advance.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The heating didn’t work, no parking

I like the fact that there is a microwave to make your food warm because I like very hot foods

I didn’t like the fact that my room was not clean, I came with a child and I don’t like a dirty environment, I clean my house every and I was told in the hotel that rooms are clean only after two days. That was so annoying, and even when I told a house cleaner on the floor, she rudely said that it is not her own to clean

Not the cleanest. Got given a room with someone else’s stuff in it, this issue was resolved but was a shock walking into someone’s room with all their things in the room.
