Coffee machine and fruit was nice.

Not enough vegan options, dairy alternatives for tea etc.

Spacious and well equipped. Very clean towels and bed linen. Complementary breakfast. Easy walk to city centre and station. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was a very hot couple of days and window faced sun. Could do with fans or aircon.

No carpet on the floor!

Quite a noisy student area, but it was Saturday night so not unexpected.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but the hotel surpassed my expectations. Breakfast was available which I wasn't expecting, the staff were amazing, especially Lindsay.

The hotel had a car park the apartment was lager and had everything your need

The apartment was dirty biscuits fell out the sofa bed and greasy food Mark's on walls and sofa and in the morning the reception was full of people bags and belongings who where living in the hotel so couldn't chill out

near the university for graduation ceremony. great to have kitchen facilities, especially fridge, and lounge area. well laid-out and spacious. nice breakfast. very friendly staff. very comfortable bed. good bedding, plenty of pillows. great black-out curtains. quiet - no noise from the road once window was closed. room was warm and cosy on arrival. one could turn the radiator heating up, down or off

some areas in the room could have been cleaner. light on microwave timer flashed all night in the room stains on duvet under duvet cover check-out could have been quicker
