Habitación tenía calefacción solo sector baño la de la habitación no funcionaba

La construcción es típica y antigua, tiene muchos objetos y pinturas bellos
La calefacción por radiadores estaba apagada y la encendían según el piso cuando uno lo pedí pero tardaba en calentar

Gente muy amable, preocupada de que los huéspedes se sientan bien.
Además es un lugar lleno de antigüedades, hecho que lo vuelve especial.
No tuve ningún inconveniente.

There is not restaurant, the breakfast is well below average for the price and their is also no laundry services (at extra cost) as indicated on the webpage.
Minimal English speaking, poor breakfast.

Quirky hotel with a lot of personality on a great location very close to city Center. Good wifi. Breakfast is provided.
The hotel needs repairs, the bathroom door didn’t fully close and the ventilation was noisy. It has a small carpark and if it’s full you should find your own parking on an area that charges to park on the street. You are asked to leave the key at the front desk, so if the front manager is somewhere else when you arrive, you have to wait for them.

Breakfast was awful. No fruits, no option of decaf coffee. Even the toaster was broken, so I ended up having breakfast at a restaurant near by. My room was between the elevator and the Woden stairs and light came through the glass part of the door as they keep it on at night. Really noisy. Not what I was expected for a £150/night.

Its location, staff, cleanliness
the STRONG smell of incense (it’s almost unbearable), and the value for money. also, it has an elevator, but it keeps getting stuck (to the point that staff recommends not to use it)

The location is quite central, minutes from the main square and from the lake front.
It is a good overnight solution, excellent beds, very nice staff
The breakfast could be much much better. The bread was not fresh, the juice offered was impossible to identify, there is no real coffee, the cheese and ham offered could not look more industrial, the eggs tasted like fish. Why not go for local and more natural products?

Very good location, clean in the room. Good temperature / insonorisation in the room as well.
The check-in, the bathroom very narrow and the space in the room (room for 3). Doesn't seem like a 4 stars hotel.

location really close to the centre of the town
As it is an old house, the hot water makes noise when coming through the pipes.
There was just 1 small window that could be opened in our room
Breakfast room needs more light, twighlight is for romantic dinners

The art on the walls was really nice. The staff were very good. The breakfast was good.
The room window was either totally open or closed with no control in between so not very good with all the wind.
Hot water in the shower was sometimes touch and go in the evening.
