Very convenient location wise. Basically in town. One bedroom upstairs units excellent. Very large bed and generous living area and kitchen space. Great view. Clean and tidy. Great value for money. Very accommodating and friendly host.

Nothing really. This was as expected for middle range accommodation in Paihia and perhaps better than expected. I have stayed in four motels of similar 'level' in Paihia previously and this was definitely the best.

Very close to shops etc, walking dustance.

excellent value for your money. the hotel receptionist (lovely older gentleman) could not have been nicer! he offered plenty of recommendations and offered to book a few of our experiences for us as well. will definitely be back!!

Large room and kitchen, seating on porch, very clean, great location, friendly staff.

Spacious and clean and the king-size bed was very comfy. The kitchen had everything you need to cook your own dinner or brekky. The location was superb with enticing views of the bay from our veranda. It was a short stroll to pier and the foreshore and cafes. Loved Zane Grey and the CBK Craft Beer Kitchen. Food was siperb and the view from bith was hypnotic. The Countdown supermarket was. Lovely situated at the end of the street. It was great to just take a short walk to the pier and get the zhole in the Rock Cruise and Russell Ferry.

The pillows were a little firm for me. While there were plenty to choose they were all the same variety.

Place needed a good clean. Doors dirty, light switches dirty, carpet dirty, bathroom washbasin broken and damaged.

Spacious room, new bathroom & kitchinette with big fridge. Location was quite and close to everything. About 500 m from the Inner City Bus terminal.

Cracking noise of the wooden structure. Rooms are not sound proof.
