Good location, good room

No handshower in the bathroom

We stayed for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic – definitely worth paying for! The variety was incredible, catering to all nationalities and tastes, including even the pickiest of kids (seriously, if your child only eats air and candy, they’ll probably find something too!). The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just steps away from the metro and a beautiful park, with many attractions easily reachable on foot or a quick metro ride. The view from the hotel is fantastic, making it a great base for exploring the city. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would gladly return! The hotel’s location is an unbeatable highlight and a major draw. Overall, we recommend it for its prime spot and fantastic breakfast!

Now for the not-so-bright side: we had an early flight, and even though the wonderful staff allowed us to check in early, we had to wait in the lobby, which felt like a freezer. The constant chill was hard to bear, and unfortunately, this extended to the breakfast area above the lobby. We’re sure there’s a reason for it, but it was quite uncomfortable. The room we stayed in was very outdated and in stark contrast to the modern vibe of the city. That said, it served its purpose for one night, and we assume the hotel might be undergoing renovations or has plans for one soon.

Location

The temperature of the room was so high that they have to send a fan to cool down but it didn't work very well. It was impossible to breath. In the second night thye arrange another room in a more modern place of the hotel.

Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid qua keuze, in kwaliteit blijft het daarbij wat achter.

Overall, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, especially Selina at the cafe on ground floor as she checks in from time to time to make sure all is good. The room is also clean and the view of the bund was amazing. Bed was comfortable and temperature in the room can be adjusted accordingly. The location is also very good, just above a metro station, opposite the people's square, and opposite the main shopping street.

Regulating the temperature of the shower could be better. Water temperature varied between hot and cold while showering.

Great location. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast spreads. I like the flexibility to add on breakfast based on the actual day that I want to have breakfast with 1 day prior notice at a discounted rate compared to walk in rate.
