Staff was good.

There is construction just in front of the hotel and if you want to sleep after 7 am it is impossible. Every day the noise starts early in the morning and goes all day until the afternoon.

Very central place, just in the middle of the poppies 1 of the beautiful kuta. The La Walon have all your needs. Near u can find a lot more, bar, shop, restaurant, laundry, motorbike rent, surf shop ecc ecc. A lovely place to stay in kuta. And for sure if i come to Bali again, i will stay to La Walon Hotel. really kind staff - everyone from reception to maintenance were lovely and helpful sadly we arrived in a storm so didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely and it was big excellent base for kuta very close to beach and plenty of places to eat and drink tea and coffee provided in rooms along with bottled water rooms and hotel very clean nice hotel restaurant decent prices

felt very hurried out at the end. staff tried to get into my room an hour before checkout, then again half an hour, and then when I left (on time) they were standing at my door entrance to get in. maybe I was the only one leaving that day but was an odd and unrelaxing ending didn’t get the room I paid for - booked a double with balcony ended up with a shared terrace. my travel partner in a different room got what he booked and paid less

if you are planning to stay for short time and need something cheap and best then you can choose this one. I felt like covid made lots of damage. It’s not well maintained now. No toiletries available. But staffs are accommodative. Breakfast good enough.

prime location

the room didn’t seem very clean for the first night but didn’t realise until the room was cleaned the next day.

Room was a bit dated, the shower drain was not under the shower so water went everywhere

comfy beds, nice location in Kuta.

Shower had 2 settings: extremely cold or scalding hot. ants in the bathroom. Rundown facilities. Staff could be rude, but where nice sometimes.

Food and staff are always great. Very convenient for shopping.

The staff were amazing, the room was big, comfortable, had a lovely balcony with seats overlooking the pool, a safe and a fridge. All we could need. The bathroom was on the older side but it was perfectly serviceable with a lovely strong hot shower. The breakfast was basic but filled us up, so no complaints. There were a few shops open and some lovely cheap restaurants too in Poppies Lane 1. La Walon restaurant also does not charge taxes etc on top so was good value for money eating at the hotel. Aircon was excellent.

Bidet water was pretty smelly.

Great location, great price. Room was clean, comfortable and really quite spacious. Staff were amazing, always helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next Bali trip.

Bathroom was dated but it's a minor criticism.

Great spot always happy people

Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great approx 2 blocks to beach. The restaurant had great staff and good food. The decor was intriguing.

Arriving at night area looked doubtful. Some areas of the hotel could use a little paint and repair. Suggest tbey charge more and use funds to upgrade a little.
