The room was fantastic, spacious and clean! About a 10 minute walk from the seafront too. Claire was so welcoming and friendly too. Breakfast was delicious!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to central Torquay. Excellent parking provided. Clean room with a good nights sleep and a great Breakfast.

I came to stay here with my mum, we were so welcomed. Such friendly service and a nice touch will homemade biscuits and an awesome honesty fridge! Kept us topped up with water and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed it here and its a nice short walk from the train and from the front.

The bed was quite firm.

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. We arrived after a yacht exploded in the harbour, Claire informed us of this issues and let us know the best places to go. Fab coffee machine, real milk in the fridge and chilled wine glasses, there was even biscuits Handmade by Claire 😋

Nothing it was lovely

No complaints at all for my stay - the hosts could not have been more helpful or accommodating, even gave recommendations for nice places to eat and visit. The rooms were immaculate and very clean with lovely personal touches including home-baked biscuits and high-quality toiletries. We did not have cooked breakfast, but continental option was good with fresh fruit and plenty of hot toast.

Good location, very nice and helpful owners. Room very clean with really big, comfortable bed. Big bathroom with everything you may need. Choice of tasty breakfast at the time you like. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc available in the room. Definitely will stay there again if in the area.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Little touches such as fresh bottled water in the fridge were very much appreciated. Rooms were serviced daily. Good parking and just a short walk from the beach and other amenities. Upon departure we were given refreshments for the journey home, this was the first time we'd experienced this and once again a lovely gesture.

Staff are very welcoming. Friendly. Went the extra extra mile - excelled at catering for my tardiness- ensures not only myself I had been made to feel welcomed - but also my guests who I came to visit - and they subsequently visited me first for afternoon coffee and a chat. I would highly recommend the beautiful brummie couple who couldn’t be faulted in any way - the little things - after being a seasoned traveller - make the whole world of difference - e.g. fresh milk in the fridges in our room- small sweets and welcome biscuits - teaching out to ask about cleaning the room for when you are going out - remembering to making sure you get exactly what you like the way you like it when you have breakfast - so you don’t have to ask the Same thing the next day - takeing care of your personal cafetière while you go out - absolutely awesome Highly recommended and beautiful couple !

Claire the host was exceptional. very friendly and provided excellent service. also helped us to navigate our way in the city and her recommendation for both places to visit and eat was excellent.

the room was too small. the lounge was closed all the time so we couldn't access the area.

My partner and I chose to stay at The Millbrook b&b again as we found the hosts were absolutely brilliant and so welcoming. The facilities were incredibly clean and inviting. We will certainly stay there again. We can highly recommend The Millbrook.

We couldn't find anything that we didn't like. Everything was clean and tidy and quiet.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect and the hosts Claire and Ben were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. They welcomed us as soon as we arrived and our room was spotless. Added bonus was the fresh milk in the fridge and sweets. Also as we left they gave us a goodie bag for our trip home which included bottled water and fruit. Definitely would recommend to our family and friends.

I thought the room was a little small to be called a deluxe room Ensuite was small too

The owners were friendly and helpful. Welcoming, gave advice on where to visit. The breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean facilities were good, especially the coffee machine.

Shower was a bit week but I do like a power shower ! So I was most probably normal to most people

The owners had thought through necessary ways to keep guests safe re Covid by staggering breakfast times and planning for restocking room. Large bed for a single room Breakfast delicious

Not too much to improve in all honesty. Moderate walk to main bars and restaurants but no real issue for us as we enjoy walking
