The pillows weren't comfy. Food variety was much better in my past visits, kids' play zone weren't maintained properly it deteriorated.

Old Palace is a beautiful solid building in an traditional Arabic style but performed in a very contemporary way, all the amenities are high-speck, clean. I enjoyed a stroll around in the wonderfully kept gardens with fountains that looked nice even behind the buildings! You can have long walks around the bay on the promenade with the cafe and restaurants. The food was beyond .imagination: variety and taste! Beach and pools are well kept and safeguarded. Main praise is the staff! Very polite, enthusiastic and proud about the hotel, many English speaking. Every our request was met with the smile. we also had a free upgrade to a better room. Everything was more then I expected! To conclude overall experience was 200% satisfaction. I had constant sense of joy and excitement from the moment we get there and lingering aftertaste long while after. Couldn’t ask for more? I hope you can keep this high standard! Very grateful to everyone making this paradise! Wholeheartedly recommend as truly the Best Egyptian hospitality! P.S. It takes about 20 min to get to the airport. Easy.

Location was perfect, service was great thanks to Mohamed Goda restaurant manager and GR Neveen and all the staff at the beach bar who made the dinner on the beach night very special! Facility is very clean and tidy. Comfortable rooms and food is good.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there also rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff of the hotel provided an outstanding service, in addition to this, the hotel's strengths are its location and outstanding food selection and quality and cleanliness. Приветливый персонал, прекрасный пляж, удобный номер. Кто-то писал, что для входа в воду нужны тапки, но дно практически идеальное, особенно с правой стороны. Свободные лежаки были всегда. Питание достаточно разнообразное, говядина, курица и рыба в меню постоянно, но были дни ещё и с индейкой, уткой и даже перепёлками. Очень вкусные бананы и хурма, неплохой кофе из машины

Нет бассейна с подогревом, но нам повезло с погодой, только один день был ветреным и пасмурным, и мы купили поездку в Макади Бей, смотрели рыбок с подводной лодки. Мужу не слишком понравилось пиво, но мы перешли на розовое вино

Everything is awesome, food,taste, not too varieties however the quality is very good, all of restaurant staff are pretty helpful and friendly specially Mr ahmed and Mr khaled and the pretty one Ms Neven, I want to put a special thanks to Ms.silvana who do everything to made our vacation special and unforgettable with all reception staff .experience I would like to repeat it again and again

Este resort excedeu as nossas expectativas. Tudo perfeito desde a comida, aos funcionários, ao espaço, a limpeza, a praia, a tudo. Sentimos-nos em casa. A única coisa que posso sugerir melhorar é animação, pois achamos um pouco fraquinha. Mas tudo o resto foi perfeito.

Posizione tranquilla, esterno ben curato, bella la spiaggia con mare trasparente. Camera ampia e pulita, colazione varia e assortita, il pranzo è accettabile, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Bravissimo il cuoco addetto alla pasta, non siamo in Italia, ma la cucinava perfettamente al dente, anche il sugo di pomodoro era buono.

Il bagno è assolutamente da ristrutturare, la vasca è rovinata e la rubinetteria piena di calcare, la tenda ha un cattivo odore. La cena è poco varia, ripetitiva, inoltre è difficile trovare il posto a tavola, probabilmente non ci sono abbastanza tavoli per tutti i clienti; i camerieri sparecchiano velocemente e se non si sta attenti ti portano via il bicchiere e il tovagliolo, anche se non hai ancora finito di cenare.

So nice & warm with a great location. Friendly staff and may I add, a delicious dinner.

Did not get all the room facilities for all the room guests, sometimes there was something missing, a bottle of water maybe or something but when we ask the cleaning service we get it in no time.

Everything was perfect about the stay, the staff was very friendly, the food taste and variety were great, the sandy beach and the sea were the best and the location is amazing.

I like everything about this hotel especially the staff they are very friendly and supportive l would like the thank Mr Ahmed in the restaurant,Mina,Karim,Adel Sabry in the beach bar and Amr in the pool bar .Mina and Mohamed in the frony desk in the reception.
