The owners of the hotel decided to allow a low-class videographic filming on the beach. For 3 days, we were unable to relax. Absolutely disgusted with the fact that a five-star hotel would allow this disruption of peace.

The swimming pool rooms are nice. The staff are kind and attentive to your requests. The SPA offers good quality treatments. Gardens are beautiful. The hotel's transportation cars are good with professionally trained drivers.

When the weather is windy the sea waves brings all the garbage and plastic from the other coast right on your beach. Literally garbage and plastic are floating the water. The beach water depth is between 50 - 1.50m. It's bathing not swimming. The food is bad. The facility has over 6 restaurants, every single one was bad. Room service menu is uneatable. My husband and I were food poisoned twice during an 8 day stay. Alcohol quality is the cheapest. The hotel overcharges cocktails by 10 times compared to other hotels and the quality is worst. (Scuba diving center on the premises of the hotel working independently: do not trust a word of what the sales person will sell you. Private dolphin cruise: The local fishermen boats have a ready dolphin trapped in their water nets. They release him when your boat and 25 other touristic boats approach. All the tourists jump in the water to swim with a terrified trapped dolphin. It's the most horrific thing to witness. Your guide will never allow you to make your own photos, he will jump in middle of you and your camera and take pictures with his own camera. Later on he will insist on selling these pictures to you for the same amount as your private cruise cost. Dinner in the desert at a Bedouin village: the biggest scam ever. Crowded touristic desert style dinner sitting on the floor, in a closed perimeter with walls. It was so filthy dirty that we left, couldn't even consider eating there. All expeditions are located 30/45 minutes away, transportation is in a horrible old minivan even if you book fully private tours.) Bring your own medicine as the pharmacy located on the premises of the hotel will sell you mosquito spray for 20 USD.

The staff was amazing, always smiling , welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Ramadan at the reception, Ayman , Mahmoud , Basyouny and Taha at the restaurants. Ayman made my day by the making the Barbarian tea 🍵 in the morning. The place is very organized, spotlessly clean. The scent at the lobby is refreshing. They offer a good variety of food in the main restaurant. Fruits are fresh and delicious 😋 They serve authentic egyptian food which I really enjoyed. The beach ⛱️ is a piece of heaven and is very good for swimming 🏊‍♀️, not deep.

The depth of the pool is not suitable for older kids. It's either too shallow or too deep. The spa staff are not professional.

I like the multiple pools including adult only Many restaurants with different cuisines The spa .. I tried the Oriental massage with Tik and it was great, also the facial with Christine was great.

The quality of the internet. internet speed is quite poor. Sometime I get disconnected altogether. I could not make WhatsApp, Facebook Calls during my stay. Shisha place is excessively expensive. No reason for that. 20 mins trip to the town centre, I would get the Shisha for 90% cheaper than the hotel.

Everything is picture-perfect and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurants are extraordinary.

that it was impossible to reach the hotel before we came for some questions we had, nobody answered our phone calls, we tried 4 times to call, no answer. very high prices for local wine. two glass cost more (egp 500) than 3 litre (or 4 bottles, egp 450) outside. and only local wine was available in glass. kopi of beverages noted to the room should be mandatory, should not be needed to ask for this every time.

The hotel is beautiful. It is a grand property with a spectacular view. Housekeeping is prompt and the food in the Red Sea restaurant is very nice for a buffer restaurant with live counters and a good mix of food options.

The food in the ala carte restaurants (Egyptian and Ying Yang) was average for a 5 star hotel. The service in the Egyptian was poor where we weren’t even given the menu to choose what we wanted, the waiter just decided for us and brought us what he felt appropriate without communicating with us. Also, constantly reminding us that we need to pay for any drink (including water) because we were half board during every meal was slightly annoying. The staff at the Spa was more interested in serving their European customers and gave us very disinterested answers about the treatments and prices.
