The pier with the fish was delightful. The room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful. The food was pretty good.

It was quite far from Hurghada, but I would still go back.

Minden szuper volt! Tényleg. Csak jót tudok mondani. Mi a sznorkel miatt választottuk ezt a helyet és nem csalódtunk (persze nem olyan mint egy korallzátony, de itt is csodaszép, sok-sok hallal). Van egy öbölrész ahova bármikor ki lehet menni, a korallfalhoz pedig vezetett túrák vannak. A mólónál még polipot is láttunk, néhány méterre volt. Delfin errefelé ritka, ahhoz hajóra kell szállni, de egyszer elúsztak erre és a mólóról láttuk. :) A medencét mi nem próbáltuk. Az étel kiváló, a koktélok egy részét kóstoltuk és finomak. A takarítás is rendben volt (naponta, ha nem kéred másként). Az wifi még a strandon is teljesen jól működött, és az 5. emeleten is, nem kellett vennünk kártyát. A szórakoztató csapat maximálisan kitett magáért. Minden nap elegendő vizet kaptunk a szobába (3x1,5 liter), de bármikor kérhettünk volna még. Jó szívvel ajánlom a hotelt, mi 12 éjszakát töltöttünk itt és 5 teljes napot (a többin programon vettünk részt).

La nourriture variée et de qualité pour une formule tout compris. Seul le Resto mexicain n'était pas à la hauteur. La piscine très belle et chauffée ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner. La plage est également très belle mais l'accès en eau profonde ne peut se faire que par un ponton La direction de l'hôtel est très attentive aux demandes des client et à leur confort

Internet lent voire très lent. Un accès rapide est à disposition mais payant Il n'y rien aux alentours si ce n'est d'autres hôtels et la ville de Hurghada ne présente aucun intérêt Le programme d'animation du soir ne propose que de la dans et de la musique

Hotel is located in a nice area with a clean desert and palm trees on the road. Next to is located a beautiful seaside, clean and long promenade. The feeling is very safe. Fantastic place for snorkeling and diving school. Hotel looks pretty small but if we compare with a big chain hotels, very cozy. Very good breakfast and dinner choice, nice service people at the restaurant, bar. Thanks for the good service of Animation group who did their best to entertain lazy tourists. Nice water Aerobics and late nignight shows which are worth to visit. Beautiful garden area and very tasty A la Carte restaurant with nice service people. I would like to admit that DJ has a exceptional taste of music at the pool. Roo cleaning was nice every day.

Hotel is located pretty far from Hurgada airport. As we were travelling on our own,we booked before a taxi through Booking, but it did not come. So we had to book a taxi, because the local taxis outside terminal looked pretty scam and asked crazy price. Instead of 10eur... 50 eur. So always be careful if you book a taxi from which terminal. Even UBER price calculation is incorrect. Too cheap for so 30 minutes drive. But never take half board service. If you want to "upgrade"for all inclusive, hotel will ask you a half of all the price you paid for a week.

Die Hotel Anlage ist groß und sehr schön - typisch für Ägypten. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr sauber gehalten. Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, das Essen war überall sehr gut. Das Animationsteam ist sehr motivierend und haben ein sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Programm. Der Strand ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön.. das Wasser direkt vorm Hotel ist sehr seicht und man muss aufpassen, denn überall sind spitze Korallen.

Das Hotel hat mehrere Restaurants, wobei man erwähnen sollte, dass einige der Restaurants (Indisch, Italiensich…) nur für All Inklusive Gäste kostenlos ist, die Minimum 7 Nächte bleiben. Alle Gäste, die nicht so lange dort sind, müssen einen Aufschlag dafür zahlen. Außerdem war das Bett meiner Meinung nach zu hart. Was man noch wissen sollte ist, dass das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb von Hurghada liegt. Vom Flughafen sind es ca 35min Autofahrt.

We had a really nice vacation. The location is wonderful, the food was very good and had good varieties everyday. Many parts of the hotel was newly renovated, rooms are new, clean and organized. Also, the animation team was fun and friendly. Also, the snacks restaurants on the beach were nice and fun.

- Not all the staff was friendly and didn't even smile. Maybe they have their reasons to be unhappy like everybody, but when you work in hospitality, you should be a little bit friendly or even show a smile. - The sky lounge was useless and it had extra charge on the all inclusive, although the bar there was ordinary one, also the prices were so exaggerated.

Property is amazing in every possible aspect starting from the warm greetings and welcoming guests at the reception ending with the real smile and friendly behavior of the staff, it is very family friendly hotel although i have a crawling baby I didn’t find any source of hazard in the surrounding moreover the staff in the restaurant was very helpful that they work efficiently and safely around the crawling baby without being annoyed or even not smiling, want to specify my thanks for mr michael in the reception who offered a free room upgrade on arrival , mr abanoub in the reception bar who made aspecial cocktail ( no alchol) to sooth my kid stomach pain , mr mostafa farid in the restaurant , mrs zeina from guest relations who kept following up on every stay detail to assure perfect service was given

Staff in general were friendly and helpful, some bad experience with the Reception staff. Awad in the Main dining was very attentive. Zeinah from the Client Relation was excellent

Our room 2058 was right below the Sky bar. The disco night on Mondays went to 1 am in the morning!!!!!!! the progressive music was very very loud!!!!!! Thanks to Zeinah from client relation, we could change our room to a quieter section after a week!!!!!

everything is more than perfect, this is my third time in tropital and will not be the last😍 would like to thank Mr.Momen for everything ,his great welcoming and choosing for us a suitable nice room which met our expectations and above expectations 😍 and would like to thank Mr.Sameh , Mr.Montaser for helping me choosing the best healthy food as i eat only gluten free food and Tropital is the only hotel in hurgada that bakes a fresh gluten free bread on the spot for the guests Thank you all for everything i highly recommend Tropital sahl hasheesh 👌🏼😍😍

1) The number of swimming pools is small compared to the size of the hotel. 2) There are no entertainment facilities for children.

the beach was shallow as all sahl hasheesh hotels. you need to walk for long distance if you want to swim. and not allowed after 5:00 pm

- Not able to swim in sea directly from seashore as the water depth is too shallow, one has to walk a long pier. This was our main disappointment in the resort. - Some staff are not professional at all: housekeeping guy kept offering his services and asking questions in an annoying way, just to give him tips; another one at main restaurant was very rude; however staff in reception/bellman/security were very helpful and decent. - Lunch & Dinner were average: although management seem to be spending much on providing good variety, but the quality and taste are not up to level. We believe some minor cooking tips would have made it way better.

1-TV is not on same room level need to be renovated 2-They did not offer to have lunch or provide a lunch box in check out, it would have been a kind gesture 3-Towels are very old especially sea and pool towels 4-Breakfast needs more items to be added and the buffet is closed on 10:30 sharp without alarming the guest if they need anything before closing

The two gentlemen at the lobby were very supportive. my comments are for the room 3112. it’s new clean and neat. thank you for that. the laundry was very fast and price was great! food: I LIKED IT! love to eat!

there are many things which can easily be improved and which will definitely increase the customer satisfaction. one of them is the internet 🛜. internet is free BUT after the first 4GB speed is limited. you have to BUY it for faster connection. for a five star hotel I expect a free of charge. or you can hide it in the price of the rooms. increase it by 2-3 dollar/euro what ever. I didn’t like it.

very friendly staff in bars, restaurants and reception. food was good and house keeping were keen and clean. my son almost 2 years old and loved every second of this vacation. definitely a first choice in Hurghada.

3 things that are not major. 1- Main restaurant buffets are with limited varieties. 2- beach is not swimmable at the beginning so we needed to walk on a bridge until we reach a swimmable area. 3- the shuttle service is 200% more expensive than Uber
