Great location, excellent standard of fixtures and fittings
No hand towel holder in the bathroom

We were greeted with a smile and showed to our lovely room. There were bathrobes, slippers and a take away rubber duck!
No complaints at all, it was perfect

Hotel was in a good location - just a 15 minute walk from the Theatre District, Nice bar and outside seating area.
Our room was beneath a pavement and we could hear people walking above us through the night. It was clean and spacious though.

Overall ambience of the hotel was as expected from this standard of accommodation and was very relaxing. Receptionist who booked us in was brilliant especially for a trainee. She had obviously been very well trained. Room was very relaxing and up to expectations as well. Breakfast was very good quality for choice and quality of food and service. Restaurant staff were efficient, polite and attentive but not intrusive. We found it a delightful place to stay and would undoubtedly stay again. We did not have an evening meal so cannot comment but the menu choice looked good.

We’ve stayed at this hotel lots of times. Beautiful hotel. We love the location and the staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble. We were in room 449, great room, with great views across London.

Really convenient location for theatres; around 15 minute walk to Covent Garden and 20 minute walk to Leicester Square. Close to Temple Square tube station too. Hotel was clean .. very comfortable bed and nice breakfast too.
Got back to the hotel just before midnight and wanted a nightcap at the bar but was informed that they had closed down their systems so they were unable to serve us.

The staff went over and above and prepared a cake for my birthday. They decorated the room as a surprise and had prosecco as well.
The blackout curtains were wonderful and snacks were an added bonus.
The iron leaked a bit and was difficult to use.
Everything else was really lovely.

Club lounge no longer worth the extra money. Variety of alcoholic drinks has diminished considerably. No snacks available anymore, in comparison to our stay 4 years ago.

Room was nice size, comfortable, bathroom nice, nice stay.
The staff in the breakfast area were stood around chatting and they could see me stood waiting to be sat down. Eventually a lady walked (Slowly) over to me and sat me down, she had a bad attitude.

My only problem was room temperature . I put on before bed at 19 degrees but automatically cuts out during the night and ends up being extremely warm in room

Fabulous boutique style hotel hidden away!
Lovely hotel with a great feel to it as soon as you walk through the door!
Staff were friendly and welcoming and very quick service to get checked in. A complementary drink voucher on arrival which is a lovely touch.
Room were stylish, modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with a great view over the buildings of London with the London eye in the distance.
Will definitely return on our next visit to London.

The hotel is fantastic! Everything was perfect from checking in to checkout. The location is amazing. Gorgeous street with a lot of history and beautiful buildings. Many many things are from walkable distance. Also the tube stations are close. The hotel is modern, peaceful, clean. The breakfast in bed was fantastic! Very nice staff. We have been upgraded to a room with a beautiful view on Big Ben! An unforgettable stay!
The only thing I can criticized about the hotel is the bad orange juice. That's it.

From start to finish our stay at Apex Temple Court hotel was fantastic. Spotlessly clean throughout, very quiet and a really comfy, spacious room. We’ll definitely be back to stay again.

Easily accessible to different London attractions. Easy check in and generously sized room. The gym facilities were better than the usual and we had no issues during our stay.
