Stunning hotel, very clean and feels freshly refurbished

I’ve stayed in hotels in Many countries but none of them ticked all the right boxes like this did. I had mentioned it was a special occasion and they went overboard in looking after us . It was a magnificent room overlooking Hyde Park and a bottle of champagne to welcome us - what a thrill . The room and bathroom had everything. The staff welcomed us and were extremely personable and made sure to tell us if there was anything we needed to contact them . The hotel Itself has an amazing foyer it’s really modern and they have music every night as well as a great menu and food prices are 25% less for residents so it’s worth eating there . Location was perfect , Gatwick express to Victoria £15 and then tax for ten mins £12 to the hotel. Hotel was right beside all the best London shops , Selfridges really must be seen ! It was right beside Marble Arch underground and only four or five stops to Covent Garden / Trafalgar Square/Leicester Square . If travelling to London and researching (I did a lot of!) then look no further , I highly recommend this hotel

We had a great room on floor 6 , I have seen someone mention the music may be a bit loud but they must have been. On the first floor and I couldn’t comment on that.

The location is amazing, the reception lady was very professional and welcoming

They have rude staff in the breakfast canteen, asking me to leave because they will prepare the lunch! Also, another rude guy nocking my door while the Do not Disturb sign on because he want to give me water bottles! He was angry why i am disappointed!! You need better customer service oriented staff to give the hotel the right image.

check-in was excellent, quick and efficient - just how I like it! The member of staff was superb! eloquent and told us everything we needed to know. The room was amazing and we really liked the "music" theme - the height ratio on the wall mirrors was brilliant! Breakfast was excellent.

The only thing we didn't like were hoards of men hanging around the entrance outside at about 2330, smoking and vaping. it was rather intimidating for my wife, and we had to ask them to move to enter the hotel.

قربه من الاكسفورد ستريت

التنظيف لابد من طلبه من الرسبشن والتنظيف ليس جيد . كما ان هناك ملاحظه على موقعكم انا حجزت غرفه ب سريرين منفصلين وتفاجأت بالفندق يقول ان الفطور ل شخص واحد شي غريب سريرين ل شخص واحد !!
